From January 1st, 2023, Germany’s Fourth Interstate Gambling Treaty (GlüNeuRStv) will be overseen and enforced by Gluecksspiel (GGL) as the country’s singular authority for German gambling.
GGL will have full responsibility for all Greman gambling regulatory duties including licenses, penalties, taxation, technical accreditations, and market dispute resolution.
