German Legislators Approve New Gambling Regulations

New gambling regulations that would legalise online poker and casino from 1st July 2021 have been approved by the german legislators.

Sports betting, online poker and online casino games will be permitted with significant restrictions.
The market will be supervised by a new regulatory authority, based in Sachsen-Anhalt.
