At this point I suspect they are not going to pay anymore and that operations will stop.
I really hope they just pay outstanding payments then call it a day surely they cant just up and run.

Took me several hours to remove them from all listings - If they by any chance get their payments back on track i would ask for an "set-up fee" to add them back to the listings.

I suggest you to do the same - Adjust your listings but keep the reviews untuched untill we know 100% whats going on!

OK, I'm new here, been an aff for 6 years, mainly UK-facing. Should've joined up years back.

I actually joined because of this Genesis Affs. issue. For 6 years, as you all know, reliable as clockwork and paid around middle of following month.

Earlier this year, payments became later in the month, then on two occasions ran over into the following month after being due.
Now, like you guys, they have gone from erratic to not being paid at all.

I am 2 months overdue and in all fairness I sense the aff. manager is frustrated too.

I can see the pattern here - When a programme has cash flow issues, first they try and pretend all is OK as it would be a disaster to lose their business partners before the point at which they cannot deny it any longer. Then they contact them to explain there's some kind of 'temporary' logistical problem (like banking, stats) so the ads stay in place. The third stage is they will then raise at least some funds to keep the biggest affiliates happy so they don't lose too much traffic. Then even some of them don't get paid, word gets out and the whole thing collapses. This kind of affair always follows the same pattern.

I will not name my AM but he's always been good with me, I've met him at conferences. Yesterday, he as good as confirmed the programme was done, when he stated he "couldn't deny" my observations in the above paragraph.

That was good enough for me. All links removed from the sites I own or manage. It would be crazy to increase your exposure to bad debt, someone clearly can't or won't pay you don't lend them more money, do you?

I must concur, sadly, with the posts here that have or recommend removing their links immediately.

not even big affiliates are getting paid im friends with a high profile streamer/affiliate and he raised the concerns for me and in doing so cut ties with the monthly fee he charges for them to gain loads of traffic

I also know big affiliates who are not being paid by Genesis. I removed their links early on since I saw this coming from miles away. All those fines from the UK, then all the new casinos they started, problems with licensing, etc, etc. It all caught up to them.

I would be surprised if they paid what is owed before closing down.

It's crazy! I have worked with many programs for almost two decades and from day one with Genesis when they launched their first casino. I have always added their casinos on all my sites, knowing they're the "good" ones and that I always get paid. Now this has changed to something that makes my blood boil, considering how many of just these "great, big and known ones" has become just pure evil middle finger to their affiliates (Unibet, Betsson, Comeon + many more).

I really wish and hope from the bottom of my heart that Genesis truly have some third part banking-issues, but the more I think and read about it - I feel sickening!

We affiliates are making casinos tons and tons of money, and it's us who do all the hard work! Many of us are one man's (and women's) army that work around the clock and barely have time for anything else but to do our best to send players to casinos. The least Genesis cud do is take care of their affiliates or they will loose us BIG TIME!

Well, just remember the names of the aff managers and people behind the operation and blacklist them. After all, this is about trust. Without trust, we have nothing since there is no transparency involved.

In most cases the aff. manager is piggy-in-the-middle and is not responsible or has no authority to redress payment issues. They are often the victims too, losing their jobs and their cut of any commission their managed affiliates earn them.

That doesn't make them exempt from responsibility imo. It's always easy to blame someone else, but they took the job and they have a responsibility towards the affiliate. If you suspect you work for a shitty program, then it's time to start asking questions and to question your role. A program that hasn't paid its partners in months, and we should just let the manager off the hook?

Agree somewhat, but if they're there for years while the programme was 'good' and it collapses, then they weren't working for a shitty programme, but one that turned shitty. Now, at the point it becomes apparent, if they leave or jump ship, people would complain they have no point of contact and criticize the AM for that too. The AM is in a no-win situation. Like us.

All brands removed from listings and we will now have a full block on any future affiliating with them - no matter if they deside to pay. 5-10 years of trustfull affiliating staight into garbage and all future posibilitys to be listed on any of our sites are not possible no matter what happens.

I belive they have started to take founds from their affiliates to cover what ever expences they might have and thats a really big nono.

During my 19 years of doing this, this is really the very first time this has happend with any brand that have had a really big trust on them.

Conslusion: Never trust anyone and if there are some payments unpaid, the best thing is to trash them at once and untill they have paid all commissions owned to their affiliates.

I feel the same way. And I also see the same pattern with Spinwise now, unfortunately. I am currently considering removing them too. Why on earth should I list any program that is not paying its partners.

Didn't earn anything in September so couldn't tell you, they usually pay 15-16th. of the month, not this early. They did settle up 3 months worth on September 15th. in my case, so up-to-date.
