According to the player, Gamba initially cited "sports abuse" as the reason for the ban. The explanation was later changed to "multi account sports abuse," with Gamba allegedly claiming the player was operating a betting syndicate linked to more than five other accounts.
The player strongly disputes these allegations, maintaining that they hold only one Gamba account and have never operated multiple accounts or a betting syndicate.
Despite repeated requests for evidence of the alleged connections, clarification of the specific Terms and Conditions breached, and an explanation of the contractual basis for confiscating the entire balance—including deposited funds—the player says Gamba has provided no specific evidence. Support reportedly stated that the decision was final.
The player also claims that Gamba acknowledged deposits would normally be returned but decided to confiscate those funds as well due to the alleged syndicate activity.
