SUMMARY: An odd change to be sure. With a change like this, it begs the question - are more changes coming?
Terms Modification
1.3 We may modify any of the terms of this Agreement at any time, in our sole discretion, by either (i) emailing you a change notice and or (ii) by posting the new version of the Agreement on our Website. Any such modification All modifications to the Agreement will only take effect 30 fifteen (15) days after the date of posting or sending of any such notice (whichever is the earlier). Notifications Your continued participation in the Gala Interactive Affiliate program following such fifteen (15) day period will be sent by email to your registered email address. Proof deemed binding acceptance of email send will be considered as proof such change or modification. It is your responsibility to visit the Website frequently to make sure you are up to date with the latest version of deliverythe Agreement and its provisions. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate the agreement. You hereby consent that Gala Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited may unilaterally terminate, vary or transfer this Agreement . Your continued participation in the Affiliate Programme following such 30 day period will be deemed a binding acceptance of the modificationat any time.
SUMMARY: This term essentially states that you will have 15 days after a terms change to either quit participating in the program - or accept the changes. Very odd... why 15 days?
