Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding a payment dispute involving my affiliate commissions through RevAura, an affiliate company that works with Safe Casino.
During the period in which I provided affiliate services, I actively promoted the platform and referred traffic with the aim of acquiring users and generating deposits.
However, I was informed by RevAura that Safe Casino is allegedly refusing to pay my commissions on the grounds that the traffic generated was too low in volume or insufficient in quality.
I consider this explanation insufficient, particularly in view of the results and the amounts involved. According to my records, the difference between the deposits generated and the commission amount I am expecting to receive is approximately €200. I therefore believe that this matter should be reviewed objectively, based on the actual performance data and the terms of the affiliate agreement.
I would like to receive a clear and substantiated explanation for the withholding of my commissions, including the criteria used to assess the quality of my traffic, the data supporting this decision, and the specific contractual clause or partnership condition allegedly justifying the non-payment.
I respectfully request your assistance in reviewing this case, determining whether the decision complies with the applicable affiliate partnership terms, and helping to reach a fair resolution. If the commissions are payable under the agreed terms, I request that the outstanding amount be paid accordingly.
I am prepared to provide relevant supporting evidence, including performance reports, deposit records, communications with RevAura, and any other documentation necessary to clarify the facts.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to an impartial review of this matter and a clear response regarding the outstanding commissions.
