While we have been doing these for awhile, we have not really notified anyone of it :) Here are the links to follow AGD:

AGD Forums at Plurk

AGD Forums at Twitter

AGD Forums at Friendfeed

There are quite a few more not ready for 'prime-time', though. :)

I had been following you until just recently when I stopped because you never followed back..???

In order for the social networks to be a win/win it needs to be a two way follow ya know...I follow you and you follow me back. This is especially true with Twitter. ;)

Right now on Twitter you have 58 followers and you are only following 4 back..

On your AffiliateGuardD handle you have 55 followers and you are following no one!

ok, ok, ok :)

Apparently I am not doing this the 'right' way. I was using Twitter and other media to allow folks to keep up to date with the Terms Alerts and forum posts. That was the intent. The alerts (xxx is following you) is in a spam folder that I extracted. I never worried about it before, because the feed was supposed to be a way for members to keep up to date.

I didn't realize I was doing something wrong by that... I felt I was only helping folks stay up to date with terms adjustments.

Live and learn.

As a note.... Since I am now following everyone - my phone twitter tool is useless (which I used to make sure I knew anytime anyone posted at AGD).

Does anyone know if I can create a private twitter feed that I can follow without worrying about followers?

Andy, this page here should help you out with Twitter quite a bit and FYI..there are several apps available now to auto-follow other Twitters and you can even filter that by keywords if you like..:)

I joined Twitter recently and don't have yet many followers (around 90 now), but since today I also have 'Calvin Ayre' as a follower! Of course I follow back.

Yea, I've been following you myself since you joined Twitter Nandakishore. I think Calvin has been visiting some of the casino forum boards recently and seeing the Twitter links in our profiles. He must be getting ready to come out with something again soon judging by his new website.

Yes I know that you are following me. I don't remember who between two of us started following the other. By the way, you have more than 2000 followers. How have you managed that? It takes a lot of time building up the network if you don't want to use any robot-like tool for that.

As for Calvin getting into the game - he has around 300 in his network, so must have started quite recently - I also think that he is getting ready to come out with something new.

A lot of my followers too are ones that I have keyword searched and targeted, but it was all done manually. I spend about two focused hours a day on Twitter, sometimes more, sometimes less but it has paid off quite well in the targeted followers I have gained and they are also some of my best conversions as well.

Dom is also real active on Twitter, she has more followers than I do. Dom, have you also targeted followers or are all of yours mostly viral?

I noticed that you do follow some good folks Rob and added a few of them to my list as well. :)

WTG on the manual route! I only have 280 followers, but they are 'targetted' or of interest to me.

How to 'target' potential gamblers in Twitter, unless someone is explicit about gambling?

Andy, I think this is what you are looking for to keep all of the people you are following from showing all their "Tweets" on your phone or your Twitter homepage.... The BEST way to process Twitter Followers is to use a tool like Tweepler (Tweepler.com) :)
