Fencing the winning player

I have a winning player at Maple casino (starpartner) who was fenced after topping 11k, at 10,5k he was not until I emailed Conrad.

According to the stats I was able to follow this players performance. After a week however he put 5K back which is not showing up in the seperate winner stats (no results displayed there).

I reckon the player but has been released putting my results for maple in the red again, I thought this player's results should be 0 before unquarantaining.

IMO starpartner should provide player numbers and some more detailed information now I just can not check what is happening to this player and are at grace of the affiliate program.

My point is the winning player administration should be on auto not manual interference, people can make mistakes or other wise decisions.

If I am going to agree to ANY high-roller term, there has to be complete transparency with the player. There has to be:

1. Detailed 'Big Winner' statistics.

2. Automatic release of player


Now - I don't mind manual intervention for the quarantine process, but the release back into my account should be automatic. Affiliate Managers cannot be watching every 'Big Winner' - that doesn't make sense.
