Fasttrack gone mad?

Long story short... with NO warning whatsoever, Fast Track have moved Sunset Slots from Rival to Top Game software today.

Are they INSANE??

Bang goes all my future earnings from what had been my single best Rival casino for the last 2 years
(And my THIRD best earner for the WHOLE of 2014)

To say I'm pissed-off would be a GROSS understatement.

No idea - they haven't replied to my e-mail yet.

What pisses me off most, is they gave ZERO warning that this was happening,even though they were planning it for some time.
I even had quite a long chat with the rep Neil Copans at LAC a month ago - and he didn't say anything about this.
Looking at his business card today, I can see that it does have the new Top Game Sunset Slots logo on it, so why the hell didn't he say something?

I have got 100's of links & banners all over my sites which have all stopped working overnight - makes me look bad
It's going to take hours to find them all & remove them.

Nitesh Matai (ex FL/Osiris Trading) and Neil Copans started Sunset Slots. Now it's just Neil, cause Nitesh walked after that mass email debarcle.

Well that's weird... I logged into my player account at SunSet Slots (old Rival Software) and it's still operational. Everything is functional and it performed an update! Seems they maybe keeping the old Rival Software for already registered players

Maybe the change to TopGame is for new players only.
I'm still removing them though...

Yes, TG for new players - the Rival version will stay open for a very short time (I guess)

Sunset Slots launches with Top Game

Sunset Slots has recently added new software to their stable with their recent move to Top Game but rest assured that all existing players and any new players will receive an even better gaming experience than before. Players can expect the same exemplary customer service, fast and efficient cash-ins with even more exciting games and features than before.

Both the Rival software and Top Game software will be run concurrently for a period of time to ensure that all affiliates receive new marketing materials and that the migration over to Top Game runs smoothly and accurately.

Any existing players on the Rival software that have come through affiliates have been migrated through to Top Game with their existing tags and all future gameplay on the Top Game software from those players will earn revenue in the exact same manner as they did on Rival.

All affiliates previously registered on Rival will have a pre-registered affiliate account on Top Game and any tracking on existing players on Rival will automatically be pulled through into their Top Game account on migration.

All new players will be invited to download the new Top Game software and will be tagged under that same account in the Top Game System.

All earnings accrued while on the Rival platform will be honoured by Fast Track and will be paid timeously, as always.

Even though Fast Track has changed software providers, it is important to note that there has been no change in ownership and all payments to affiliates will continue in exactly the same manner as before.

All our members are important to us, and at Fast Track Affiliates all we want is to enable, extend, enhance and monetize your content in as many ways as possible.

As I was posting this, I just got Neil on Skype - it wasn't him I met at LAC - but someone else who was handing out his business cards!

Really..... "an even better gaming experience"? I think not. Those games are straight out of the 90's In addition, I wouldn't want to promote any Top Game casino - don't trust that software at all.

KK's site ranks #1 for several rival related terms. not bad. I wonder if removing/changing some links will effect it? I spend a good deal of time trying different things to get my Rival page to rank better, but most I could ever get to was #13.

I used to hold #1 for quite a few Rival terms... Then they left the US and I gave up Probably shouldn't have done that - frustration, though, you know.

I hear you. The Rivals were very good when they were in the US Market. I always take a wait and see approach now even though there is the risk of leaving money on the table. The only thing certain is the search engines are unpredictable so who knows what is going to happen.

Rival casinos are still good and most of them are still in the US and you can still have old school terms like NCO, no quotas, 35%+ commissions etc. All that is required is for affiliates to start promoting Rival as they did in the old days and there should be no problem making some revenue

Agreed. I have some nice Rival serps BUT in all of these instance, those damn hacked pages (even if they are now pulling 404's) still hold most of the page 1 listings. In 90% of my serps, for Rival stuff, I'd be in spot #1 or #2 if these hacker sites weren't listed.

I have lost hope in these pages being dropped by Google.

Tried to sign up with them before i found this thread.... However their affiliate site is such a mess - it gives error while trying to sign up. Then gives an error when you use the contact form...

Sent an email 2 days ago but no reply as well.

I pretty much gave up on them because they were horrid when it came to replying to emails or following up with agreed bespoke promotions. Admittedly they've had, what seems, a bit of shake up over there.

Their AM touched base with me last week. So maybe things are on the Fast Track now, without sounding ironic
