Facing Payment Issues from ChilliStakes.com (Hotaff Affiliate Programm name)

Guys, anybody working with Chillistakes brand (https://chilistakes.com/en/). We are started working with them in Sep'25 with test ftds , All were approved. Invoice Sent. Now they are saying they are having problem with their payment backoffice dashboard issue.
Did they pay to any other partners? I am just curious to know.

PS : Though we are still working with them

Assuming you mean Oct 2024 and not yesterday?

Though i got revert from them today, saying the same thing.
"Apcopay our payment provider has a backoffice/dashbaord issues since October 1st and we cannot access it for a weeks to make a sattlment. payments to the partners will be done as soon as possible when we get access to the funds. "

Yeah mate, Our Sep and Oct payment is still pending.
Unfortunately we also had to pause the traffic for them.
