European Gambling And Betting Association (EGBA) points out the utmost importance of establishing a rulebook which will protect consumers all over the continent.

"The EGBA group represents the attitudes of several big names from the industry such as Bet365, GVC Holdings, and Kindred, and they all agreed on one thing:

The majority of current European regulations exist at the national level only!

The internet has no national borders, which means Europeans can easily play on gambling websites based in countries other than where they live. This means Europeans are subject to very different sets of consumer protection standards when they play online, leaving some players much better protected than others.”

Does a rulebook make sense if companies like GVC and Kindred are changing the rules all the time during the game?
