Please help me to understand, i am right or wrong.

EFbet affiliate program have T&C:

__________________________________________________ ________________
5.1 Partner shall be obliged to provide at least two new active clients per month.

5.2 Partner shall have at least 7 active clients for that calendar month.
__________________________________________________ _________________

In February 2018, i have 16 active players and 3 players that make first deposit in February.

But the problem is, that only 1 from these 3 player open account in February.
2 another players open they account in 2017 and 2016. And made they first deposit only now. This is normal from my type of traffic (free games).

But EFbet reject to pay affiliate comission for me. They point of view, that this is only 1 player.

From my point of view this is very strange. By EFbet logic if player registered for example 31 January in 23:59, and made they first deposit 01 February 00:01 - they don't count it as new player.???

I don't know how is possible to work in this style. But i think they don't right.

Update:

I tried for explain this, but affiliate manager don't hear me. The problem is, that many times before Efbet always counted this players as new.

But now i don't know, what happens. They change the policy, or this is mistake of affiliate manager, who don't want to check this situation.

If anybody know somebody from Efbet, please send them link to this thread. I think situation must be clear for all affiliates.

Hello Zuga, nice to hear you. Rules are strict. But the problem is, that they don't follow they own rules.
Have are look. This is my stats from February 2018. How many new players you see? I see 3 new players.
EFbet aff.managers see only 1.

i think we need to list them as predatory affiliate program.

I wrote direct message via linkedin to General Manager at Efbet mr.Roman Dimitrov.
Because i am hope, that this is not EFBet new policy, to don't count First Deposit Players
who sign-up in previous months. I hope that this my aff.managers don't understand this.
I try to explain this - impossible.

She think that NEW PLAYER this is the PLAYER who sign-up and make deposit in the same month.
If player sing-up today (12 March) for example, and make deposit 01 Airpil, EFbet don't count this player as new.
She think that this is normal.

It sounds just like a very crappy program not wanting to pay affiliates a fair share. I wouldn't bother to promote them.

That's crazy! I would stop promoting them immediately. An affiliate should get paid for the players (and deposits) they bring in, no matter if the actual signup is in a different month or not.

Sounds like they don't care about fairness anymore.

Efbet are scammers. They change T&C maybe 5-6 times only in last year. Don't trust this brand - not only affiliates programs don't join as player. They reject to pay affiliate commission and close accounts whiteout any decision. Ефбет са измамници !

What can we do to ask for our rights in situation like this? Can we sue the bookmaker ? Ridiculous rules, is there a way to sue them?

How far do you think, you'd get by suing them? Few months of hefty lawyer fees? More than a few months? All they have to do is postpone or delay until you run out of money. Even in clear cut cases like some UK books who simply stole, closed and reopened, people who hired lawyers didn't get far.

Even in fantasy land if you did manage to sue and win, would you still continue to work with them? Best scenario is drop, and find legitimate brands to represent than waste time, energy and money trying to get justice.

If you have spent over 5 years and have 500+ registered accounts and a 3-10,000 month income from that isn't it a theft?

The company is licensed in Malta , you should address your lawsuit to European Court for a scam , no matter about their terms and conditions, if they gain money because of your work and then they cut your account , they SCAM you and of course you can make a lawsuit against them.

It is a theft. Ask those around here who went after SkyBet in 2017 after shutting down their program. People with 5 and 6 digit incomes per month. Ask anyone and everyone and find one person who did not regret hiring a lawyer and wasting a few more 5 digit fees for a dead end.

At the time, my lawyer simply told me to let it go even if it's about 10k/month with 8 years of business relationship, players and sub-affiliates.

Their Maltese license applies for the casino and how threat their players. It would most likely not include their partners and the affiliate program.

Bottom line, seek a professional gambling lawyer if you can't let it go and want to take legal actions.

A very well known affiliate, who had years of experience in the industry, took Affiliate Edge to court, when they stole from him.

It seemed like an open and shut case, in his favour.

Unfortunately, the judge; even though AE had breached the T&C's, ruled in favour of AE. In doing so, allowing them under their T&C's to take the matter to arbitration. At which point, AE hire a kick ass lawyer, and they basically wiped the floor with this affiliate. In the end, the guy had to fork out 12,000GBP (or there abouts) to Affiliate Edge. The crooks who had stolen from him.

xecutable is giving you sound advise.

I've been done for over US$2Mil in stolen commissions, in the last 20 years. Trying to fight these crooks is a BIG waste of cash, not to mention stress, time, and sanity. In the end, just cut your loses and walk away.
