Earn United have taken a look at their terms and conditions and made the necessary changes to make them affiliate-friendly. AGD is in the process of looking over the terms changes to ensure that all terms meet the ‘Affiliate-Friendly’ name. We hope to have EU certified in the near future.
UPDATED TERM, Commissions, Chargebacks
2.1 Chargebacks/Fraud A chargeback is defined as uncollectible non-collectable receivable usually, but not limited to, VISA/MASTERCARD as a result of customer non payment or fraudulent credit card use. Fraud is defined as an uncollectible non-collectable credit card charge because of fraudulent activity. Earn United is not responsible for chargebacks. All Chargeback and credit amounts will be deducted from your payment. A negative balance due to fraudalent/chargeback fraudulent/chargeback cost will be carried over on the affiliate’s commission.Chargeback and credit fees will be paid to the credit card companies and will be administered by us.
UPDATED TERM, Terms Modifications
3.1 Modification We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site which we will notify you of. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE (WHICH WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OFyour continued participation in the program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site(which we will notify you of) WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE will constitue binding acceptane of the change.

2.0 Commission Schedule Revenue Share Formula: Net Revenue = Casino Bets - Casino Winnings - Casino Bonuses + Adjustments to Casino Bonuses. Details: Earn United pays a standard 25% to 40% referral fee on Net Revenue generated by the affiliate. There are no other fees or deductions made on to the affiliate commission. Processing fees and security reserves are absorbed by Earn United. If the account commission balance is in a negative position (e.g. because total customer winnings have exceeded total customer losses) the balance will be carried over to the following month until the balance regains its positive position.
REMOVED TERM, Commissions, Minimum Player Rule
Earn United is committed to our affiliate’s success, however if in any given consecutive 3 months you send neither new visitors nor new deposits to Earn United client’s brands, your account will be under review with a possibility of termination.
Summary:Earn United is changing policy to ensure that they are affiliate-friendly. The best step in this process is the last where they removed the minimum player rule!!!! Congratulations Earn United and we hope to have the certification status changed very soon.
