I have had the misfortune to deal with many incompetent idiots in my 9 years as an affiliate - but these guys really are striving for the World Title of Stupid and Annoying!

Here is the time-line:
Feb-11th, 2015: I was approached to advertise Casino Dukes by "Thulani" – and we cut a deal we were both happy with. (I didn't act on it immediately though)

Feb-19th: I got a Generic Introduction e-mail from Thulani inviting me to join the program!
Regardless of this error - I applied to be an affiliate with their program on that day. But I didn't hear anything back.

March-4th: I got a ANOTHER Generic Introduction e-mail from Thulani inviting me to join the program!

March-20th: (A WHOLE MONTH AFTER SIGNING-UP) I get an e-mail saying my account is approved.

The e-mail said “I would also like the chance to give you some indicators about markets and player groups we target with our casinos. Treasure Mile is our flag ship casino, targeting all markets and is available in the following languages: English ($, £, €), French, Italian, German, Norwegian and Swedish. Mandarin Palace converts best on the French market and is available in English ($, £, €), German, Italian, French. Lucky Creek and Grand Eagle Casino are tailored for the US market. Our Wizbet casino (wizbet.com) and Treasure Mile casino (treasuremile.com) are now also available in Swedish and Norwegian languages and currencies and targets the Scandinavian market.”
WTF is that about? Those are the Genesys Group casinos – NOT DUKES!

I replied to that asking what was going on? No answer.

April-2nd: "FAITH" send me a Generic Introduction e-mail inviting me to join their program EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED-UP!
I replied: "Ha-ha-ha"

April-6th: Faith send me ANOTHER Generic Introduction e-mail inviting me to join their program EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED-UP!
I replied: "Piss off you idiots!"

April-30th: Faith send me an YET ANOTHER Generic Introduction e-mail inviting me to join their program EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED-UP!
I replied "Answer my e-mails and we can talk!"

She did reply, noting that I "swore" at her and promising to remove me from their mailing list.

I replied back with all the above details to explain my profanity, ending with: "You are a TOTALLY INCOMPETENT program, and NOT the sort of people I want to work with.
Please do NOT send me any further Generic Introduction e-mails inviting me to join your program!"

Today: You guessed it - Faith send me an YET ANOTHER Generic Introduction e-mail inviting me to join their program...

I hope no other affiliates have to suffer this total nonsense, and god help any players who sign-up to such an incompetent operation... :(

I had similar email from Faith. Is the email you have also faith@dukesaffiliates.com ?

I have emailed her back on similar email to go to this thread and respond. See if anything happens.

Seems it could be the first emails you got was the old affiliate manager?

I received email from faith on 24th March and again 30th March.

This looks very strange to suddenly introduce you to Genesis brands. Something fishy going on maybe???

From my understanding they have nothing to do with them or have they now. Dukes Casino is def stand alone one really strange.

I feel your anguish and frustration KK.

I've recieved a similar string of idiotic nonsense from FireBrand Affiliates, which dates back a good 2 years. Have asked to be removed from their DB (which btw I never signed up to their program), yet every couple of months another mailer is sent, asking, me to join the program.

I've even gone so far as blacklisting them on my mail server, yet, they just use another domain and sneak past it.

Clearly they are aware I don't want to be contacted BUT still contact me o_O

Best solution for me, is hitting the delete button :D

Hi guys,

Just wanted to clarify a few things, first of all KK. you are absolutely right here.
I have seen the string of email communication, and I totally understand your frustration. The two affiliate managers were basically spamming the life out of people, without following up on signups.

I would like to apologize for this.
I joined as Head of Affiliates at Dukes in July 2015, and needles to say the people responsible for the bad experience you have encountered are no longer with us.
We have a great new team, with good knowledgeable people. Casino Dukes is a standalone brand, our platform is unique, you will not find the same games anywhere else.

I appreciate this might be a little too late, but I hope I can make a difference in your experience with us.
For any questions, or anything you are unsure of about Dukes Affiliates, just ping me :)

A.
