We are auditing Drake Affiliates by focusing on Drake Casino which was the first of the 2 brands they currently offer.

The 2nd brand is Gossip Slots.

We have a 40% revenue share deal Drake Affiliates.

To start we deposited $25USD at Drake Casino.

We took the 300% Deposit bonus:

We played slots:

Until we lost all of the funds deposited and the bonus.

Our 40% earning was a neat $10 of the net gaming revenue for the exact amount we deposited and lost, $25.

So to summarise the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposit and lost) is 100%.

Multiply your advertised revenue share rate by the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (100.00%) to get your real revenue rate, eg.

30% = 30%
35% = 35%
40% = 40%
45% = 45%

This is the 3rd affiliate program audited to take no fees and give the affiliate what they are advertising, the 2 others have been DeckMedia and Superior Share.

I'm actually impressed, so going to give them a little exposure to see how my players like them,

Looked at promoting these guys in 2014 - but didn't go ahead because their player welcome bonus terms were APPALLING - among the worst I've ever seen.

Doesn't matter if they pay affys 60% - no use if no player in their right mind would sign-up anyway.
Unless things have changed - I haven't looked to be fair.

I also looked at promoting them, aside from the appalling bonus terms, a couple of other general T&C's bugged me too. I've just reread the player T&C's, and the following caught my attention:

25. The minimum withdrawal from the casino is $100 depending on your available options. Please review our payout options for limits and available methods. Maximum amount is $2,500 per week, unless otherwise stated in cashier, as amounts can vary based on player status. Any amount greater than maximum will be divided into parts, where no part can be larger than the maximum for that level, and sent on consecutive weeks until the total amount has been delivered. A Player's initial withdrawal or changes to payment details are subject to clearance by the payment processor's risk department. This review can take up to 5 business days at which time the Player will be informed via email of their payment processed date.

$100 min withdrawal, and for the average player withdrawals are capped at $10,000 per month.
They fail to mention the cap for VIP's etc, just the annoying "player status" comment. Which is entirely ambiguos. Taking a look at the cashier, Visa, Gift Cards and Mastercard withdrawals come with the "Depends on player status", statement.

26. Accounts that are inactive for six months or longer will in any event be charged a monthly administration fee of $10, which may be increased from time to time.

I couldn't find any T&C/s relating to what happens to funds in a dormant account. I'm guessing, if funds were in a dormant account, $10 (which can be increased) would be extracted each month, until such time as all funds are absorbed.

They seem to have no issue/qualms in closing an account, but seem happy to leave a dormant account open, and subsquently leech player funds (if those are in credit) when said account is inactive for six (6) months or longer. I would think, trying to make reasonable attemtps to contact the account holder would be a more ethical approach.

Information in this document is subject to change without notice.

If the T&C's change, then players who signed up under the old T&C's need to be advised of the changes. Although, and frankly, we as affiliates get annoyed about retroactive T&C changes. So should casinos be able to retroactively change player agreements, on previously held account holders?

The bonus T&C's still look to be woefully unfair. 60x bonus is absurd. Plus, they go on to mention, that the no cash-back rebate (which btw has 60x attached), will not be given if, in the last 30 days a withdrawal has been made.

I personally don't take bonuses, but, a lot of players still do. So, in that regard, these bonus terms are, imho, very unfriendly to players. Not to mention the piss-poor weekly withdrawal limit of $2,500.

In addition, Drake Casino holds a 'flacid' Curacao gaming license. Proven time and time again, they don't give two hoots for player concerns, or rights.

Done a small test.. they don't convert at all most US players do get pretty good deals at other programs so really although the % is great the conversions are weak for my traffic which nearly always reads the terms
