Delays With Skrill and Neteller Commission Payments

We received the following email:
"Dear Partners,

As you may be aware, we have been experiencing delays with Skrill and Neteller commission payments for December 2020.

We have received an official statement from Income Access acknowledging this delay, as per their communication below:

We are writing regarding your pending commission payment.
We understand the importance of receiving your commissions in a timely manner and wish to apologize for the delay with your latest payment for Ivy Affiliates. There have been unexpected technical items that have caused this to be delayed. Income Access is working on this as a top priority and assure you that all commission owed will be paid as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.

We thank you for your patience during this delay, we would like to assure you that it is our top priority to have the January payments completed as soon as possible.

How is this possible???!!!

Facts... Neteller and Skrill are owned by Paysafe, who, also own IA (Income access). Maybe it's just me, but the response reads like it's treating Neteller, Skrill and IA, all as 3'rd parties. When in fact, they are not.

Just another example in a long list of screw ups and deceptions by these joints.
