So I know a player in person that used to enjoy playing at Slotocash casino. He would deposit money, and they would treat him very well, as I speak with him regularly. He lives in the USA and one day was offered a bonus to join Slotscapital and Rival Desert Nights. He played there and liked it so much he told me about it, so I stared promoting those rival brands from Deckmedia about 6 months ago.

Then just recently I was informed by my affiliate manager that the sign-ups I was sending from the US to Slots Capital were getting banned immediately as they do not take US players. She then asked for me to remove the "American flag" I displayed next to the brand.

I lost a lot of money this way and decided to leave it alone until she recontacted me and asked to put the flag back, the are now accepting USA players (where before they obviously did) Weird huh....

In an email I asked if my banned players would be re-instated to my account and tracking and received no response....

Because when you lie to someone so obviously, and have stripped them of many players... and then ask them to promote you again with NO compensation... you don't say anything I guess.

Hi there I hope you don't mind I have edited your thread title to gain more attention to this post as I think you have a very valid concern here! I also would like to know where all the players they have crossed marketed to in the past, that have now been reactivated to playing statuses?

They seem to pretty up and up here so I think this issue will be addressed asap have no worries! I can say personally this group has become one of our top earners. I was
very skeptical of them at first but they have proven to be pretty transparent to affiliates over the last yr.

Hi muffincrumbs, bonustreak

The Rival brands didn't accept US players for some time, this was never hidden, all affiliates were informed both when they stopped accepting USA players and when they started accepting USA players again. Any players that signed up through your tag in this time will always be tagged to you. And if they decide to start playing now they will be able to and you will earn from them.

Hi inspiration

When we moved to a new affiliate system we sent reminder after reminder after reminder that once the new affiliate system launched old log ins to Rival, RTG, would be cut off and everything would be done through one log in. We requested all affiliates back up any old data they needed before the changes were made.

You are able to check stats going back to October 2012, this is when the new system launched.

As for activity from old Rival Slotocash players, (now Slots Capital) I can assure you there's plenty.

Please send us an email if you are concerned about any old players and we will happily try waking them all up for you by personally assigning a rep to contact each and every one.

Thanks sloto,
My manager contacted me and I realized that I had been communicating to her name at the wrong domain. Someone got a hand full of somewhat angry emails lol. This was the answer I was looking for and I am glad they will remain tagged. That's all I really wanted to know. The player I know who was happily making a deposit and playing from the US must have been a fluke?

Hi muffincrumbs

Glad we could help. Its hard to say how the player you know was playing, perhaps they signed up with a VPN. All USA IPs were blocked during this period after sign up. As previously mentioned those players that did sign up during this time would be tagged to you even though they were banned upon first log in attempt.

This makes sense,

Sorry for making a big deal about this, but it seemed weird and raised my red flags. I appreciate modifying the title to generate buzz bonusstreak. Again, it was my fault that my secretary was emailing someone "lord knows where" as she said. Your brands have been very stable for me and my players, so I knew there must be an explanation. I am very passionate about what I do, and I was really afraid that one of my best click to conversion online casinos (Slotocash) just didn't like me anymore. Slots Capital has the most sign ups in a week of anything I have posted yet, so I figured "scrape time" from a lesser brand, but not Deckmedia.

I appreciate the fast response as well, as he apparently slipped through the cracks. I feel better knowing they are still all tagged.
