It's actually very easy to join: there is a 'Submit New Manager' button in the top right corner of the site.

But I see that you already used it and you're on the list!

Keeping the data fresh is the priority, yes. The community has been awesome, I get reports almost every day, and many affiliate managers are actually reaching out themselves to update their brand info or add missing contacts

Your suggestion about closed programs is spot on. We’re currently debating two ways to handle this:

• Hiding them: To keep the list clean and focus only on active contacts
• Highlighting them: So users know a program is officially closed, saving them from wasting time searching for it elsewhere

Both ways make sense, but we'll definitely find a way to integrate your idea into the database soon. If you have any other ideas, please share, I'd love to hear them!

It would be great if the site remembered the filter settings, as they seem to reset for me.

Thanks for the suggestion. Just wanted to clarify one thing before I dive into the fix:

Do you mean that if you perform a search, leave the tab ( go to other pages), and then come back 10-15 minutes later, and the database show the default state?

Trying to make sure I fix the exact friction point. Appreciate the help!

I set the filters, click on the programme that opens in the same tab and then click back to go back to the selection page, but the filters are cleared.

I’m actually a bit puzzled and want to make sure I’m looking at the same thing you are. Right now, clicking on a contact should just copy it to your clipboard, and there shouldn't be any links opening in the same tab yet

To help me fix the exact issue without wasting your time, would you mind recording a quick video of your screen (using Loom or any other tool)? Seeing exactly where the reset happens would be a massive help for me

I've figured out the issue. I was looking at a different site because I just glanced at the URL and didn't actually click on it. At least some of the feedback worked! Saved it to have around in the future. Sorry for the detour.
