Hi everyone. I joined the Cwinz affiliates program a couple of weeks ago, and I have been trying to reach someone ever since. I have contacted them via email with no reply, and I am sure it is the correct address. I also tried Telegram and the chat support on the official website, but it only gives generic responses telling me to contact my affiliate manager or to send them an email and that for sure they will reply.
The problem is, I don’t seem to have any active affiliate manager assigned to me. I am also unable to set up a payment method on the platform, and there is no one available to guide me or reply to my questions.
I even saw someone (here on this forum) mentioned a contact named Milan, with the email milan@cwinz.com, so I reached out there as well, but again no response.
At this point, I’ve been trying for two weeks with no real answer. The support feels automated and unhelpful, and I keep getting stuck in the same loop.
Does anyone here know a working affiliate manager from Cwinz, or have a Telegram or email I can contact? Or has anyone had a similar experience and found a way to reach them?
