Do you have any recommendations for a service that offers hybrid settlements (eg. incoming crypto with an option to convert it to fiat and then send to regular bank and/or IBAN account)?

Any experience with verification, payment acceptance, B2B regulations, etc?

It's not that obvious... Any direct crypto transfer from a casino/betting/operator company may result in your account being blocked/closed, which is due to their policy on dealing with high-risk companies.

it's not only them, there are more, which are good with transfers from the iGaming industry, the only thing is they all want a lot of KYC data before allowing you to use them

Auto-converting crypto to fiat for IBAN off-ramping works fine via BVNK or CoinsPaid, but your real bottleneck will be dual-ledger reconciliation unless your core platform handles it natively. Modern turnkey solutions like Nuxgame bypass this headache by running native crypto wallet integrations and fiat gateways through a single back-office PAM.
