We have had a pretty large content and images theft...

We have contacted godaddy the host of the offending site but they are making us jump allot of hoops. :/

We have also been contacted by allot of affiliate managers that are banning his accounts.

When we first detected the theft we checked the whois records: (they have since been hidden)

Hey Renee,

When first detected he had pretty much just scrapped my site, with all images being hosted on my site etc... after some affiliate managers emailed him he then hosted my images himself and changed some of the lead in content to my data.

So currently he's stolen all of my images and data in the tables.. which is about 80% of his site.
