While we respect the right to raise legitimate commercial disputes, the thread contains insulting, misleading, and unsubstantiated accusations against MERAGAMING and Guilherme Jardim, including allegations of being “scammers,” “thieves,” dishonest, and unprofessional.

MERAGAMING has provided explanations regarding the operator’s review, compliance concerns, and the company’s role as an intermediary. Nevertheless, serious allegations continue to be presented as facts without sufficient supporting evidence, alongside personal attacks that damage professional reputations.

We believe this content may breach AGD’s Code of Conduct regarding flaming, name-calling, and harassment. The thread title is particularly damaging, as it labels the company a “scam” before readers can assess the facts and both sides of the dispute.

We therefore request that AGD:

• Review the thread and its comments.
• Remove or moderate unsupported accusations, insults, and personal attacks.
• Amend the thread title to reflect the commercial dispute without presenting fraud as an established fact.
• Consider removing the thread entirely if these issues cannot otherwise be resolved.

MERAGAMING is prepared to provide supporting documentation and communications to substantiate its position.

We respectfully ask AGD to assess this matter impartially and apply its Code of Conduct consistently.

MERAGAMING is invited to provide the relevant CPA terms and supporting evidence explaining why the disputed €675 payment was rejected. The complainants are also welcome to provide any further records supporting their claim. Please redact player data and other private information before posting.

@Guard Dog Post still violates AGD code of conduct, there are personal messages shared, names of people involved and reputational damage to MERA Gaming image without any valid proof. We will report this specific link to the Data Protection Commission with all evidences, which we are totally entitled to do under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The affiliate present in the post was reported for fraud by the operator and as been trying to use several tactics to blackmail MERA Gaming, including insults and personal threats to our staff.
We WILL NOT engage more with this post since it's being used to conduct criminal activities against the company.
We reserve the right to pursuit legal actions against the people involved. Thank you for your cooperation.
