Hello, I’m having the following issue with Winbuddies. We launched a test on July 22, 2026, based on a €150 CPA. By August 4, 2026, I had earned a total of approximately €3,300 in commissions. Now for the problem: on August 27, 2026, I mistakenly stated that the "test cap" had been reached—a cap that was never actually agreed upon and which I had confused with a limit from a different affiliate program. Benjamin is now trying to hold me to that statement permanently. He only wants to pay me €1,500 in commissions, even though I continued generating traffic up to August 4, 2026, and he never told me to stop. Furthermore, on August 5, 2026, I was told we were switching from the €150 CPA model to a 50% revenue share model—terms I did not want to accept. Consequently, I stopped sending traffic from that point on. There was never an agreement regarding a test cap, and he is now trying to cheat me. Additionally, Winbuddies is not responding to my messages on Telegram or via email, preventing me from resolving the issue with a different contact person. To make matters worse, Benjamin called me yesterday, August 16, 2026, and insulted me. Please help me find a way to get the commission I earned. The month of July was fully settled under the CPA deal; the switch to revenue share didn't happen until August 5, 2026.

Hey @ossibonus, AGD does not mediate for CPA deals as far as i know
No mediation. Its a complaint what i have. They dont pay commissions

What @Alkis tried to explain to you is that we do not mediate in CPA, Hybrid etc deals, only RevShare.

According to the representative, the agreement was a performance-based test of 10 FTDs at €150 CPA, totaling €1,500. They state that once the 10 FTDs were reached, the affiliate confirmed that “the test period is over.”
Winbuddies also states that the traffic quality was poor and that the agreed promotional exposure was not fully delivered. Despite this, they have confirmed they are prepared to pay the full €1,500 for the completed test.
The dispute concerns additional players sent afterward. Winbuddies maintains that no new CPA cap or extension was agreed, while the affiliate disputes this interpretation.
Since we are not able to assist further in this matter, we will close this thread.
