CLOSED: 1Win / Allwin: Confiscation of $85,000, Expired License, and False Statements to Arbitrators

I want to warn the affiliate community about 1Win (operating as Allwin).

1. The Theft: I won 3,531,740 UAH (approx. $85,000) on the domain al1win.com. The casino confiscated the entire balance citing a "technical error" (Amatic - Book of Aztec), but refused to provide logs from the provider.

2. Expired License: I have an official response from Antillephone N.V. stating that license 8048/JAZ expired in November 2024. The casino is operating illegally and misusing the regulator's logo.

3. Lying to Arbitrators: On other platforms, 1Win representatives are claiming my account (ID 400063187) has been inactive for a year, while I have proof of sports bets made in April 2026.

Affiliates, be careful — this program is currently acting as a SCAM.

Today (May 13), the LCB arbitration team officially closed my complaint because 1Win/AllWin completely ignored all their multiple reminders and inquiries. (The system blocks links for me, so please remove spaces to see the LCB verdict screenshot: i. ibb. co/ RFBTTXF/ 1. jpg)
It is clear that the casino is using the exact same tactic of total silence here on AGD, hoping to avoid paying out my 3,500,000 UAH ($85,000). They have no arguments against the official email from the regulator (Antillephone N.V.) where both brands were linked, so they chose to just ignore the community.
Could you please check if there is any response from their representative on your side? If they ignore AGD as well, it will fully confirm their rogue status.

hese are winnings from gambling (specifically from the Amatic - Book of Aztec slot).
I am a player, and I brought this to AGD because 1Win (operating as Allwin) is using fake/expired licensing (confirmed by Antillephone N.V. that it expired in Nov 2024) and completely fabricated reasons ("technical error") to confiscate $85,000.
Since they totally ignored the LCB arbitration team (which led to the case being closed yesterday), it proves they operate with zero accountability. If a casino illegally uses an expired license and robs players of such amounts, it is a massive red flag for the affiliate community as well. They will not hesitate to exit-scam or shave commissions from the webmasters who send them traffic.
