I just got my affiliate account closed few days ago at Chipsplit without any notice. I send them mail and question what was the reason for that action. This is the answer:

"6.3 Termination By Us. We may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, upon five (5) days written notice to you. Further, we may terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, in the following events:

c. The total number of new Players introduced by you in a sixty (60) day period is less than 1."

Interesting. Not expected from them because I dont remember they had this rule when I signed up. Problem is that I am affiliate whose main focus is betting on NBA basketball, so it is not a surprise that I didnt give them new registrations during 5 months of off season. I never gave them real spotlight on my sites but wanted to increase exposure from this season. Well, obviously I wont :)

Hello antoniusfelony,

this is really sad, and you are not alone. If you look for example at the GPWA Forum (Chipsplit Rogue (Carbon Poker Casino Sports and Aced Poker)) you will see another victim of this rule.

I don't know if webmaster are looking deeper into terms then players. But one thing is clear to me: The termination terms are not the 1st or 2nd place, where the eyes stopped. It's easy to "hide" a rule like that into a termination term. As a sponsor you know, most webmasters don't find it as fast as they can find new players within 60 days.

60 days

CPA or revenue share?

If revenue share, then i can't find words for it. This rule is installed for the purpose of self enrichment.

Small webmasters have no chance. 60 days is not a long time, and if you have some unhappy weeks with traffic or Google positions...
