Chilistakes - NO Payment since August

Hello, we have brought traffic to their brand, all was well, reconciled. However we were not paid for August+September. Using the excuse "payment provider not working" . Asked about 5 times, each time a new reason, finance head traveling, crypto stuck, etc. Please be careful about working with them.
