Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience with the Celsius Casino affiliate program to see if anyone else has had similar issues.
I was accepted as an affiliate and worked with an affiliate manager named Dam. After generating some commissions, my account has been showing pending earnings for months, but the funds have never been credited to my withdrawable balance.
The total amount isn't large (around $37), but that's not really the point. The issue is the complete lack of communication and the fact that the earnings have remained in "Pending" for months.
Recently I followed up again and explained that the earnings still hadn't been credited.
Instead of addressing the issue, I received this response:

The problem is that I can't withdraw anything, because my wallet balance is still $0. The money is stuck in Pending, which only Celsius can approve or credit.
I replied with screenshots of my dashboard showing:
I also offered a USDC address in case they preferred to pay manually, or simply asked them to move the pending balance into my credited wallet so I could withdraw it normally.
Since then, I've received no response.
This isn't about the amount of money. It's about how affiliates are treated after generating revenue.
I've been patient for several months and tried to resolve this privately before posting publicly.

- I generated affiliate commissions.
- My dashboard has been showing approximately $37 pending while my credited wallet balance remains $0.
- I've been trying to contact my affiliate manager since around May through Telegram.
- I received no replies for months.
