As far as Ceasar's Palace name recognition: While it is launching in the UK for now, I think it is ultimately meant to face the US. The early launch will let them gather more experience than the other Vegas places will have.

Caesars Casino was launched late last year, Dec. 09 in the UK and at the time Harrah's Entertainment Inc. had signed a long-term agreement deal with online gaming group 888 Holding to provide Harrah's with online gaming services. 888's Dragonfish unit was to support the U.K. launch of the World Series of Poker and Caesars Casino brands which they had done until just recently ...apparently.

Harrahs also apparenty has a contract with Party to develop their online presence, and they have a party staffed office in Los Angeles. So who the heck knows what's going on. Maybe Harrah's is just shopping around.
