Of course I did not receive nothing from them. The best thing regarding CasinoToken partners. I can see that my deal is now upgraded to 40% but havent had any email etc. I really hope that that CT will not use the demo purpose clausule on my account, since i have generated traffic and depositing players to you. Havent seen this term in any other casino etc.

Let me reiterate, if a program failed to pay me my rightful commission(s), and any effort I'd subsequently made to be paid the aforementioned commission(s), had fallen on deaf ears, then YES I would let my peers know about this unethical program. FYI, that is common practice within the gambling affiliate community

The OP sent your program/casino depositing players. The casino subsequently accepted these players deposits.

Given you've terminated this affiliate's contract, you've also terminated the accounts of ALL the players this affiliate sent? I highly doubt that you have. Hence... You MUST pay the affiliate his commission(s) on these players.

It's pretty simple...

Please, read our T&C before complaining as you obvisouly haven't done that still. I cannot view the t&cs because I am in the UK, but find it strange going by the conversations here about when you apply for an affiliate account you have access to a demo account.

In my eyes, this will only lead to more of these issues, for me personally when I sign up for a program I am keen to get my tracking links and put up on sites asap.

But in this case, I would not be able to do until a deal is in place is that correct John?

For the amount that has been shown, would it not be of benefit to pay this affiliate out in this case. As he clearly can bring in players to your brand and do you want to lose the possibility of more players.

I understand about the rudeness etc... but as affiliates we work hard at bringing in new customers and when we feel that we are not being treated fairly can get a bit peeved in the heat of the moment. But I am sure that I have never sworn at a program before.

Our the tone of voice is simple - if you want to be our partner - respect our rules as we respect what Affiliates do via paying them awesome commissions, offering them special promos and unique deals in the case where Affiliate delivered what was agreed for.

In fact, we are proud to be one of the most versatile Cryptoccurency brand (BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE) with a natively supported flat payments/cryptocurrencies implemented in the core which set's us very nicely for the future relationship with our Affiliates as a lot of regions for using flat currencies are banned already and a lot will be in near future.
A lot of Affiliates like and respect that we do not ask the commission from the Affiliate/Player if the flat currency is used or conversion is made towards Euros as we cover the transaction conversion fees fully as well. Of course, all that comes with a obligations and deals % that we offering and expecting our Affiliates to follow after agreenment has been set.
So, @Alexisss if you would like to advocate the breakage of our rules and tell me that it is actually OK to work with us and not follow the guidelines set - Sorry, but we do not agree to that.

Besides to that - you said in your previous comment that actualy swearing is expected and ok and it is ok to do it towards brand affiliate managers when one is asking to read and follow our partnership rules... @AussieDave - I don't know where you see the full marks of treachery there - Demo is a Demo - and we are super proud to have it and our Affiliates love it! There are brands that will never show you their accountancy, analytics and back office even before few first month run with them. So, our Demo is an awesome feature in order to set Affiliate up, negotiate the right type of the deal and show what Affiliate will see after traffic will be delivered. If you do not like - do not use. We are not forcing anyone to use it whatsoever.

@BetOnlineUK - You are completely correct here - you need to have the agreenment before become an Affiliate or. You guys need to be very carefull now especially, if you do not wish to follow that rule as latest GDPR agreenments are saying absolutely the same - First the brand needs to agree on the deal and then you deliver the service to be paid for. So, anyone that argues with this, actually is arguing with GDPR complayance which is no no.

For everyones information I have updated the title of this complaint. We all want to see this resolved and having such damning title is not helping anyone nor being constructive.

Now, the way I see this is simple. Both parties have handled this poorly. It certainly is not clear when exactly the agreed deal is to start.
Neither party explicitly said when the deal is to take effect. This is why OP claims one date and the Rep the other.

I also have to add that OPs language was not cool at all and seems only contributed to his problem.

John when u posted your skype transcript your argument regarding the date was this

As you see, the date is 12th so, any logical thinking affiliate would expect this or the next working day that the deal would be starting from.

Using the same logic you can say that OP can expect the same but for the earlier date when the deal was negotiated.

Like i said , IMHO, both parties were not clear as to the date. If this was me I would actually not assume but request the deal to be applied from the 1st which makes sense to me ( but thats just me ).

So what you need to do is agree on the start date of the 40% deal, and also pay for the traffic sent up to that point using your default revenue deal.

If you allow an affiliate to register account, use affiliate links and you receive traffic for it, then you are required to pay for it.

P.s.

It took me too much time to go thru this thread, so I ask everyone to remain civil and use arguments only and lets get this resolved to everyones satisfaction.

Im sure you can find a compromise here. If I may be so bold to propose you to use the date in between both of your dates. That should please everyone.

Thanks for stepping in.

• As you see from the skype chat that affiliate posted - our affiliate manager acted according our site rules and we do not find any flaws in that.
• Affiliate on the other hand, was precisely informed when the deal will start and when it will be implemented on the site – (he is just leaving that part of conversation out of what he is showing here. I posted couple times the proof above already)
• Plus, you can clearly see from the conversation above when the deal was arranged to kick in - on 13th (apologies if I was not communicated precisely before and mentioned 12th)
• Affiliate still admits that he wants to enjoy a web-rant practices and does not care about the payment.

@Zuga – apologies, but based on all that I trust we can't arrange middle grounds here.

@Zuga - Agree both parties in this mess, have acted badly. However, the OP, like any affiliate, had the proverbial rug pulled from under his feet. Seems John/Peter thinks the OP should be fine and dandy with this call

Clearly CasinoToken.com et al had no intention to pay the OP for Rev-Share and players sent. It's the catalyst for this mess to begin with.

Citing the OP doesn't care about payment, instead wants to web-rant, is just another excuse not to pay the OP.

NB - It was brought to this thread's attention, CasinoToken.com are possibly using bogus (fake) seals. I visited the site in question, and none of the following logo seals linked to any pages. I've also checked out AskGamblers.com, and couldn't find any certification of CasinoToken.com there.

Seems John/Peter is trying to discredit the OP, but he himself seems happy to mislead site visitors with suspect seals

apparently there is a breach here since anything related to private data has to be kept away from public? or am i wrong? at casinomeister casino reps are now not even allowed to discuss anything account specific on a forum or in private messages. Has to be through email communication according to GDPR? just trying to help AGD and Affiliate program here to avoid any problems. Must say as well to give opinion that i support AussieDave in his comments.
