hi i am new here ,would like to ask if we as a affiliate can we advertise on adwords?? and do we need a license provided from those company so that we can advertise on adwords??

You can't "legally" buy Adwords on a grey/black market, such as Norway, Finland or Thailand. However people are still doing this but that's done in a deceptive way against Google and called black hat.

You can advertise as much as you want on a regulated market such as Denmark, UK or Spain. This is so called "white hat".

There are also special cases where the online market is regulated but limited by national laws, such as Italy and France.

Back on the topic I agree that Curacao has some really good and some really shitty licensees. I'd say Curacao together with Alderney and Gibraltar are on the second tier of licenses. On a third level there is PAGCOR and the Cambodian one.

Does anybody have experience from the Cypriotic one?
