Casino.com adds a clause to control incentives and the promotion of incentives by affiliates. The term appears quite predatory when read and appears to give them the ability to take affiliate commissions. Additionally the terms have changed the words ‘casino.com’ to ‘Company’ and the email address for support to affiliates@mansion.com.

NEW TERMS, Commissions, Incentive Promotion

5. Affiliate Earnings & Payments

5.12 If you wish to offer any incentives to potential players, you are required by us to receive prior written approval before commencing any such activity. In the event that you do not receive such approval but offer such incentives, we reserve the right to cancel your participation in the program, and refuse payment of any previously earned, but unpaid, commissions.

UPDATED TERMS, company, company informational change

and cheque are is $10,

General enquiries should be sent to affiliates@casino.com affiliates@mansion.com. If you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions please contact us at the same email address. 1. Definitions and Interpretation 1.1 ”Casino.com” ‘COMPANY”, ”we”, ”our”, ”us” mean Onisac Limited the company within the Mansion Group of companies with which you have elected to become an affiliate of.

Summary:This term appears to be quite predatory. While it is understood that affiliates should not offer incentives without prior approval, to terminate their contract and steal their commissions is a bit ‘overboard’. I think there are many simple alternatives which would be much more effective
