I have gotten several of these and more of them coming, it seems.. CD's in the mail, addressed directly to me for a casino I have never heard of.

xxxxxMandarinxxxxPalacexxxxxCasino (or something like that) was one awhile back

Yesterday - xxxxxxxTreasureMilexxxxxCasino

No - I do not want them to rank for their own names, so I am obfuscating that above... hopefully you can read it fine.

Anyway - what is the deal with this? Who is this latest one? I looked into their past and the domain was previously registsered to: Genesys Technology NV

A quick search for Genesys Technology NV shows the 1st casino above.. Mandarine. So - who are they? Where did they get my information? They have their own software, it seems, and run their own casinos.... but who profits from giving our HOME ADDRESSES and other information to them.

It is really bugging me. Their 1st 2 casinos seem to be launching without affiliate programs, though :(

I have heard and this is a rumor that this is an ex someone of the Grand Pricks group which explains why they don't have an affiliate program because they are scum and also on why when I get these cd's they send one to my deceased husband as well, whom I may add has never lived here in my new house. Players are crying about viruses and major pc issues after they install the cd as well.

I've received both CD's as well as xxxxJackpotxxCapitalxxxxx.

I asked JC how they got my info and they replied.

"The reason we have acquired your details, would be a direct result of your signing up at a related service or a sweepstake.

If you wish your details to be removed from our lists, please let us know as soon as possible via e-mail."

No doubt someone has sold our info.

There is probably a clause in their privacy policy somewhere saying they can give the information out to other related companies or other companies that they own. Maybe we need the Privacy Policy alert system that tells you:

1. this program may send you unsolicited emails from their partner companies
2. this program may give your information to other related companies
3. this program will protect your privacy

I almost hate to mention anything related to more work for the AGD though..

Hello everyone,

I did not receive the mailers, but I know Jackpot Capital was partnered with
Intertops for a little while, so that is how they got info. I was always told that JC players would be tracked back via Intertops and affiliates paid. (I have received payments).

As far as the Mandarin and Treasure casinos... who knows.

I have no association with either JC or Intertops as a player or an affiliate.

CD's are a very effective marketing material. Expect more.
