C3PA = NO PAYMENT just Ignoring

I want to share my experience with C3PA.

Unfortunately, my experience has been very negative. We worked with this company for several months, but for the last 4 months there has been a complete lack of communication — no replies to messages, no callbacks, and no explanations whatsoever.

I made multiple attempts to resolve the situation in a polite and constructive way, but nothing changed. Eventually, I was even blocked, making it impossible to contact them at all.

At this point, I am still owed around €1000. What makes this even more concerning is that in the past, when earnings were higher, payments were processed without issues. Now, the situation has completely changed — they see messages but do not respond, and no effort is made to resolve anything.

It is also strange that the company continues operating actively (for example, sending newsletters), while, based on my experience, outstanding payments remain unresolved.

I did not want to write this review, but after 4–5 months of trying to communicate and solve the issue, I feel there is no other option.

⚠️ I strongly recommend being cautious and carefully evaluating the risks before working with them.
