Hello,
I started cooperation with broadway gaming (http://affiliates.broadwaygaming.com/) on Dec 2015. I earned some comission per this period, and Im still waiting for my comission withdrawal for my comission for Dec. I contacted many times my account manager - John Madden via Skype (also I send some emails) - he assured me that Ill receive money soon. Now its almost end of March and Im still waiting :)
Stay awy from this program!

These guys aren't certified, so stay away from this program anyway. (for all current AGD members). Doesn't sound good, but I don't know much about this situation - all I see is 'John Madden' and suspicion already arises.

ok step by step:
We made a CPA deal £50 / £10 baseline for almost all of their bingorooms (I dont remember exact names) - http://www.broadwaygaming.com/
I have forum with quite big traffic so I made topic with informations about welcome bonus in one of this bingorooms and used avalible landing page - something like this
https://www.butlersbingo.com/special-promotions/2015/slots/rabbit-in-the-hat-150s-30b-d10-reg-form/
After one day I received an email

"My colleague John is out of the office for the holidays so please get in touch with me if you need anything over the coming days. I’ve just added you on Skype.
I see the campaign has kicked off. We’re seeing 6 new depositing players on Bingo Diamond. Unfortunately, these accounts have been flagged by our security team for suspicious patterns.
Can you please pause the CPA campaign for now? Will we pay out any traffic from today forward on 35% revshare instead until the investigation has completed.
Thank you in advance,"

After this email, I added to skype contacts Laura

[2015-12-22 14:34:28] Laura O'Brien: Hi x
Thanks for adding me.
All the accounts have been flagged by our security team and are under investigation. I'll be able to get you more information once they've completed it but as it stands, the players you've sent so far haven't passed security checks. I'll let you know as soon as I've more information.
[2015-12-22 14:35:05] ok Im waiting for news from you
[2015-12-22 14:35:15] I just put one casino on one site
[2015-12-22 14:35:18] Bing Diamond
[2015-12-22 14:36:06] Laura O'Brien: Ok it's fine to leave it up if you want to but note that any traffic from now won't be on the £50 CPA model. We'll pay it at 35% revenue share instead. If that doesn't work for you then you might prefer to take it down altogether.
[2015-12-22 15:47:28] I see that you pay 35%
[2015-12-22 15:47:36] but why with negative carryover?
[2015-12-22 15:48:01] If that doesn't work for you then you might prefer to take it down altogether.can you explain me this, because I dont understand
[2015-12-22 15:48:12] Laura O'Brien: there's no negative carryover month to month.
[2015-12-22 15:48:26] Laura O'Brien: If you don't want to do rev share then you can remove our offers from your sites.
[2015-12-22 15:49:44] Darmowy Bonus: so now I work with 35% rev share with no negative carryover?
[2015-12-22 15:49:56] Laura O'Brien: exactly
[2015-12-22 15:50:17] ok

ok. seems pretty clear so far - thank you for that. I know that Laura signed up here at AGD - so I am guessing you let her know about this post already?

Hi Maciej,

We have forwarded you the email we sent you back in December regarding the status of those players. You are still on rev-share in our system. All of the details of that are outlined in the email we forwarded.

Yes, I contacted with them.

I wrote lot of messages via skype and emails and I received responses something like :

"Hey. I can see a total of £241.87 commission for December. Those will be paid out in the coming week or so"
"Okay, we operate on NET45, meaning Decembers payments will be made this week. That will be with you in the next few days, if not already"
"I'm just asking finance to confirm that was defnitely paid now,. I'll update you shortly"
"[2016-02-26 12:09:51] John Madden - Broadway Gaming: Sorry - I was in a meeting when you Skyped yesterday. Apologies
[2016-02-26 12:10:08] John Madden - Broadway Gaming: The team will be processing payments at the next available date - most likely the beginning of next month"
"
[2016-03-09 13:25:07] John Madden - Broadway Gaming: Hey . Those are going to be processed by the 20th I am told
[2016-03-09 13:25:17] John Madden - Broadway Gaming: Finance organise all that, so i can't be 100% sure"

I know that Im on rev-share now.
Its funny and annoying, I earned about £241.87 comission and I must wait for that amount over 3,5 months!

Hi all,

@GuardDog, apologies for posting without being certified. If you could point us in the direction of how to become certified that would be great. We are always happy to straighten out any issues.

One of which being the issue of "John Madden". No, we haven't pouched NFL's commentary's favourite son to come work on our affiliate team. John Madden is in fact our affiliate executive here at Broadway Gaming.

Just last month we won "Affiliate Programme of the Year - Bingo" at the iGB Awards. Here is a picture of us collecting the award, with John himself being 3rd from the right.

Awards are great and all... But resolving this issue will help your company a lot more than grabbing a plaque ;) I know that should go without saying, but I only see side-stepping on this issue instead of resolution so far and I think the last few comments from @pasiu2222 deserve response here so that affiliates can understand why (s)he hasn't been paid thus far after 3 1/2 months.

Hi,

The plaque is a good way to show that there is no need to be suspicious of us. You had advised to "....stay away from this program anyway", a pretty definitive statement, which I felt warranted a reply to show you that even though we hadn't been on this forum before, that doesn't mean that we are not a trusted affiliate programme ;)

As discussed in private with Maciej:

A deal was struck for CPA based on our regular terms. Players were sent through to us which were flagged by our fraud team.

The players failed our fraud checks and the decision was made to change the terms of the deal to Rev Share.

We protect our members. And without the certification [at AGD] - we tell members to stay away with good reason. Many programs get plaques and certifications and sponsorships elsewhere that mean very little. When we do our investigation, we are saying it's 'OK' to promote these guys. We have gotten it wrong on occasion, but not as often as the others out there. (no offense intended to anyone else). When programs comment on AGD that are not certified [and only in response to comments made by an affiliate] - we ALWAYS tell our members they aren't certified, so do not promote them. It is a safety factor. I don't want members thinking we certified your program.

I could see that the deal was changed from CPA to Revshare and that @pasiu2222 accepted those terms. It is a safe bet for the affiliate as well as the operator. However - once they were converted to revshare and revenue was made - why no payment? Once it is revshare it is a little more 'cut and dry'. Should have made it easier, not harder, for you to payout the commissions.

There was a total Net Revenue on the account of £15.12 during the timeframe discussed. Meaning Rev Share totaling £5.29.

This falls way below our minimum payment threshold.

Ok. Makes sense from your perspective... But then why:

Yes, I contacted with them.

Both those lead me to believe that @pasiu2222 has a payment coming? That is a comment by your Affiliate Executive that a payment was going to be made. Am I missing something? Just trying to get to the bottom of what is going on. :)

Hi,
As discussed in private with Maciej:

A deal was struck for CPA based on our regular terms. Players were sent through to us which were flagged by our fraud team.

The players failed our fraud checks and the decision was made to change the terms of the deal to Rev Share.

Please not accuse me of frauder on public forum!

Firstly! John offer me this type of comission firstly
[2015-12-18 15:17:42] John Madden - Broadway Gaming: Okay. And what kind of payment would you be looking for on the hosting? CPA?

You suggested yourself working with CPA comission model firstly as I can prove

Secondly! Bingo was placed on site about one-two days. I received an email from John with my marketing materials
"
Maciej

Bingo Diamond:

http://affiliates.broadwaygaming.com/processing/clickthrgh.asp?btag=a_2346b_2313

Deposit £10 Play £30 + 150 Free Spins Rabbit In The Hat

Butlers Bingo:

http://affiliates.butlersbingo.com/processing/clickthrgh.asp?btag=a_2346b_2503

Deposit £10 Play £40 + 100 Free Spins Deck The Halls
etc ... "

So as he suggest I made a topic on forum with all information about this bonuses. I suppose that most of my players made deposits of £10 (as you wrote in banner) to receive welcome bonus.

Thirdly!
As you wrote, I agreed for changing comission model after your email. I just removed topic with offer from site
[2015-12-22 15:48:26] Laura O'Brien: If you don't want to do rev share then you can remove our offers from your sites.

Fourthly! You provided me per 3 months that payment will be soon. I even have unpaid invoice in panel

Just have to say that using the word "scam" is not likely to help your cause.
Something has clearly gone wrong in your case, whether it be a misunderstanding or other issue, but the best way to resolve cases like this is in a professional calm manor, without resorting to name calling.

No - I don't think calling them a scam is helpful. 4.98 is close to the amount Laura mentioned above, so she may not have looked at past owed amount - who knows. But I agree with KK here, don't make the issue worse. Laura *immediately* came to AGD as soon as your post was made. I doubt she would have done that if she were trying *not* to be helpful.

To be clear, I have not received from them any commission payment.
Commission is a 241 pound for month of December. March 9 appeared that this has been paid for but not sent me this commission.

We work with a 3rd party affiliate software provider, so once a commission is recorded, it is much easier for us to negatively manual bonus any queried amount than it is to contact Income Access and have them go back and change the commission structures. To do the latter costs us money in itself.

There also seems to be confusion, I never said you were a fraudster. I said that your players failed fraud checks. Which is why we will not be paying a CPA on these players, we will pay Rev Share.

Based on this, you are due £5.29. This falls below our payment threshold. We will happily pay you any commissions you are due once they pass our minimum payment threshold of £100.
