SUMMARY: Brightshare, along with most programs these days, has added a French Exclusion to their terms and conditions regarding new players.
TERMS UPDATE - FRENCH PLAYER EXCLUSIONS
The Affiliate shall operate in accordance with the Jackpot Factory's all of BrighShare's Clients Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy and Underage Gaming Policy, as updated and/or amended from time to time. o . The Affiliate shall not promote to residents of France , including but not limited to promoting our casinos on . fr domains and using promotional content targeted at potential players from France . Our clients do not accept new players residing in France.
