In their latest email they said no more GardenState players (New Jersey USA) will be able to register at the Bovada online casino. It states that already existing players from NJ will be able to still be able to wager as usual. This can put a big dent in our earnings, especially since their terms say you must provide at least two new depositing players in a month or they can pretty much have their way with you. I remember that from another post but it never really bothered me. Now that smaller affiliates that may have had traffic this could hurt.
Also in the light of http://www.nj.gov/lps/ge/ New Jersey gaming enforcement putting the squeeze on big affiliates promoting offshore sites who complied and replaced them with NJ brands, I think this is going to be a tough next few years for the Us affiliate.
