Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the new real revenue share audit report for Boomerang Partners.
The results of the first audit report can be seen here.

They have Zotabet Casino as one of their brands.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: Affilka

Admin fee figure found in terms and conditions/or on the website:
Exact admin fee is not stated in the affiliate program T&C
https://login2.boomerang-partners.com/partner/terms-and-conditions

“1.16. “Net Gaming Revenue” or “NGR” means all monies received by the Company from New Customers as placed bets, less (a) winnings returned to New Customers, (b) issued bonuses, (c) net balance corrections, (d) administration fees, (e) fraud costs and chargebacks. For the avoidance of doubt, all Net Gaming Revenue amounts mentioned above are only related to New Customers referred to the Company Websites by the Affiliate Website(s).
1.17. "Net Gaming Revenue (clean)" or “NGRc” – shall mean NGR – (minus) payments which are made to the Partners and any related sum such as bank / payment comissions and taxes, if any.”

Test signup and deposit is made from the Country ‘Canada - Vancouver’ since Serbia is one of the restricted countries at the casino.
Date of deposit: 30th October 2023

We deposited €20.43 / 0.00063 BTC via BTC with a 100% welcome offer.

We started playing some slots with our balance of €40.86.

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:
Stats.png

For the deposit of €20.43 NGR was €6.13
Since we have a 50% deal our earnings were €3.06

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 6.13/20.43=30%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 7.50 %
  • 30% = 9.00 %
  • 35% = 10.50 %
  • 40% = 12.00 %
  • 45% = 13.50 %
  • 50% = 15.00 %

Some things never change I suppose..
Keeping them on the blacklist would be our greatest help to the community.

Complete joke of a program. They tried to get listed on our site, but they were not able to tell us their admin fees.. This clearly shows why they didn't want to.

Hi everyone, Boomerang Partners representative here. We went through your audit with our analytics department and came to the conclusion that you received such a result due to not entirely correct calculations.

You have made a deposit of 20 euros. Received a 100% Welcome Bonus on your deposit.
After that, you played the slots until you spent the entire amount of 40 euros and requested a withdrawal of the affiliate reward.

With such data, the calculation process will be the following.
To your deposit of 20 euros, we add our funds (Welcome Bonus) in the amount of 20 euros. This is not a virtual bonus, but real funds that we transfer to gaming platforms. At the moment when you have spent all the funds on your balance and requested a withdrawal of the reward, the amount of the admin fee is calculated. This amount is calculated from the total loss of 40 euros. Then, the admin fee is deducted from your initial deposit of 20 euros. After that, your RevShare is calculated from the remaining amount.

If it's appropriate we suggest that you repeat your audit again - now without taking into account the Welcome Bonus. In this case, you will see that the percentage ratio of deposits and Revshare will differ significantly from what you showed. Before starting work, many of our new partners conduct similar tests under different conditions (with and without welcome bonus) to see real numbers and understand all the rules.

The error in the calculations is due to the fact that real people do not behave this way - they do not make one deposit with the Welcome Bonus and then leave the casino forever. Hundreds of affiliates who have been working with us for a long time can confirm this to you. Also, if you are not satisfied with the option of working with RevShare model, we have dozens of other deal types (CPA, EPC, etc.) on which we work with our partners. You can always contact our affiliate managers to discuss the individual conditions of our deals.

The Welcome Bonus was lost back to the casino. Obviously you haven't heard of the term: Double Entry Book Keeping. While the bonus may come with a 20% charge, deducting the entire 100% bonus as a casino-loss, is well, scammy AF.

Their previous audit was shite in 2022, this one is even worse. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Kick this mob of crooks to the curb because all affiliates will get is shafted sideways.

  • 25% = 7.50 %
  • 30% = 9.00 %
  • 35% = 10.50 %
  • 40% = 12.00 %
  • 45% = 13.50 %
  • 50% = 15.00 %
What an insult!

It seems that you did not read our arguments very carefully. As we explained above, we do not consider the bonus amount to be a loss. We count the amount of the admin fee from the full amount together with the bonus, since this money went through the entire chain of transactions: account - gaming platform - gaming providers. Thus, we pay all commissions for the full amount (deposit + welcome bonus). Therefore, the size of the admin fee in the case with a welcome bonus going to be larger.

Oh I read, mate, and I totally understood the hoodwink you were/are trying to pull, here. Unlike yourself, I've been in the industry since 2000, and I can smell/see a rip-off when I see it.

As far as "admin fee" well that's just another scam GGR deduction.

Seems affiliates are paying for all and sundry when they work with Boomerang Partners. I have to wonder at those absurd commission %'s, if affiliates are also being hammered for conference fees, parties and maybe even hookers too.

Of course you'll try and spin Dr everything but NO one should work for those scammy commissions.
