Well with the currant situation with Ewallet and Visa going down from gaming I can almost bet Rivals are going to take the cost out on us affiliates once again so be prepared all you that still have faith and promote this dying software provider. I have I think 4 casinos I promote and after this I am sure it is going to dwindle to 0.

I'm really starting to think along those same lines as you Streak. Rival itself has just about lost what little confidence I had left in them.

With the exception of a few is the only reason that I still promote those very few. It's sad really as I think we all had high hopes for Rival.

We've now had two different "Rival Reps" here at AGD and they both have elected to disappear instead of facing any issues or questions whatsoever.

I once actually believed Rival when they stated here that they would not leave a player or affiliate behind as they would back the white label in seeing to it that the player or affiliate was paid but now we can no longer believe that either!

Got the independent Rivals for AffiliateWide & a SlotoCash out there somewhere but that's it. What bothers me if Rival goes ass up it takes them down too.

Like you Rob I too held high hope for Rival. They have excellent bonus slots and could have made a good run for it. However I think greed combined with arrogance & limited financial checking towards capacity of licensees (white labels) has been their demise.

IMO Rival software could have competed on the BIG stage.

Cheers

As you are probably aware, eWalletXpress was shut down in mid November. This means that we did not receive deposits made by players on or after Oct 1,2010 for eWalletExpress. In addition, EWX withhold a 10% reserve on all deposits for a number of months. Because they are not able to pay us, we have lost the reserves since April for eWalletXpress. We have therefore had to adjust your commission accordingly.

Please note, the commission adjustment you see on your reports, is based on the EWX ANW that was generated from your players since the 1st October 2010 and the loss of reserves since April 2010.

Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions.

Which program was this? Would certainly like to know which are going to be deducting from me.

JMO but it's not the affiliates or the players issue if the casino doesn't get paid by a 3'rd party.

Put it this way...

The affiliate sends traffic to the casino, a % of the traffic converts to depositing players.

The players who deposit, do so in good spirit and can not be held accountable if what they deposit is not passed to the casino(s) by the 3'rd party. This being eWalleteXPress.

Forcing affiliates to wear this cost is total BS and IMHO these Rivals should be rogued.

It's no different to a Rival affiliate office being broken into, all PC and what not stolen and then forcing affiliates to cover the replacement costs - based on their quasi justification that the office exists to service affiliates.

There IS no difference between this scenerio and the deductions now being forced onto affiliates.

What a scam.

Edit: Besides I'd bet Rival would have some type of insurance against not being paid by a 3'rd party. Me thinks Rival or who ever is responsible for this latest shake down, is again scamming affiliates.

I've said this before...
The writing has been on the wall about Rival white labels being highly under funded for a couple of years now. But still people promote them. The when things like this crop up affs start wining, bitchin and moaning about being ripped.

It's like promoting VCG and affiliates bitchin about not being paid...

Cheers

Hi christine,

As you are probably aware, our main check deposit processor, eWalletXpress, has been shut down in mid November. This means that we have not received deposits made by players on or after Oct 1,2010. In addition, this processor withholds a 10% reserve on all deposits for a number of months. Because they are not able to pay us, we have lost the reserves accumulated since April. Since we operate in a revenue sharing mode with you, we have to share this loss of deposits with you.

Note that your November commission report still includes the deposits that were made in the first half of November when it was still active. We are making an adjustment to your commission to correct for these losses. The amount of this adjustment is $. If we are able to collect part or all of the money owed to us by these processors, we will pass the corresponding amounts on to you as we receive them.

This is an industry wide problem but we are continuing to find new and stable processors to give your players many easy deposit options while minimizing the risk of this problem occurring again. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to working with you to build a large and steady revenue stream.

I only had deposits at 2 rival casinos but both had all commisions wiped out by bad deposits, so they say. Can't handle rivals crap anymore . ALL rival links will be redirected to a page letting visitors know (RIVAL ARE THIEVES) and I do not recommend they play there. This only take a few minutes because I have all links in one place. Their promotional ads will take more time but will be gone as soon as possible. This is the second time I,ve been screw by this group but it will be the last. It is the same bunch that did the mastercard crap a few months ago but all rivals are history on my sites. Maybe not sloto and box24, I,m undecided yet.

BUT, I'd like to give a big thumbs up to Affiliatewide, who have already paid me ALL of of my earnings for November - it is now sitting in my Neteller account

I lost all November earnings on Rival's casinos (except for AffiliateWide & Sloto)!

Rockbet: -$202.8
Regal: -$102.6
Tropica: -$222.0
Lion Slots: -$273.5

Thinking to shut down Rival's brands on my site... too many deductions since April!

This is my results from one Rival Casino 95% chop in revenue .So I have to replace all these rivals with who? I have about 20 casinos to replace now !

We just did a redirect to good paying programs with all our Rival pages months ago to save ourselves work. I am very glad I did this!!

Edited who all believes that there were this many deposit made via Ewalletxpress? I want a complete audit and we are looking HARD for a players name we recognize on our database so we can ask if they used that method!!<!-- / message -->
