BetUS have also updated their SPAM terms. This is a great move which will help them gain a better reputation in the long run.
TERMS UPDATE, Spam, Advertising Restrictions
We do not tolerate spamming of any kind by our affiliate partners. If spamming by an affiliate is brought to our attention we will give the affiliate one warning (if judged to be a minor case). After one warning and rules on spamming has been given to the affiliate, if the activity is not ceased he/she will be permanently banned from the program. Under no circumstances may an affiliate send email blasts including a direct link back to any page on BetUS.com using a direct reference to the brand as this is considered brand infringement (see TCs). The only links permitted are those using the new encrypted token provided on the BetUS Partners site. (i.e. record.partners.betus.com/12345648679). For more details refer to Legal Responsibility, #8.
