I remember that one year ago their stats seemed OK. Then they introduced "synchronization" due to which the commission is calculated on the next day - and sometimes even after 3-4 days. Later they even removed this and now they just put whatever they want into the system.
My player-level revenue says 0 and the total is not zero. By this I mean for example 0+0+0+0+0 = 500€, yeah you can guess what's going on. If you investigate this closer you'll see a lot of strange things. Like a player who registered a week ago and deposited 200€ and his net revenue is 700€. So how is this possible if he's a new player and deposited only 200€?
I was on the phone with one of their AMs and he indirectly admitted to me that their stats really are manipulated and that I should deal with it.
What they claim to be net revenue is not real net revenue but they add a lot of fees so for example 40% commission actually means only something like 22%.
Only a complete idiot would promote them now.
