This week Betn1 (www.betn1.co) decided to close our account after many years of partnership.

When we challenged them on why they did this, they sent us a spread sheet of account activity for a single player that had been active in the account over the last several months. We did have other players over the years, but they have gradually dropped off after our initial promotion of Betn1.

The spread sheet detailed player transactions showing an overall win on the player side, and loss on the Casino side.

Basically our account has been closed because we only have one active player who happened to win a couple of times.

No warning, no negotiation.

From the stats we saw before loosing access to our account, the player had lost in April, l producing some good revenue for both Betn1 and us.

We won’t be seeing any of that commission.

We hope this serves as a warning for other affiliates who choose to do business with them.

This is nothing but theft.

In their terms there is also nothing which can excuse that theft. On the contrary: They can not terminate the business partnership without being thieves, because your player was active:

Article 13. Duration and Termination of the Arrangement
[...]

13.10 BetN1 holds the right to end this Arrangement, without prior notice and / or communication, if the Affiliate-Web and / or its customers do not perform any activity (signup or bet) for 6 consecutive months.

According to their terms, they had the chance to choose another way than theft:

Article 9. Tariffs and remunerations
[...]
9.8 Adjustment on the percentage can be either upwards or downwards, depending on the performance of the Web-Affiliate.
9.9 BetN1 can at all times adjust the percentages downwards in the case of demonstrable decreases in the performance of an Web-Affiliate or a less active promotion policy by the Web-Affiliate.

9.10 If an Web-Affiliate does not promote BetN1 Websites actively, then he is still assured of a remuneration with a minimum of 10%.

Not very nice that, strange they close the affiliate account when most companies would close the unprofitable player account. Similar to how the bookmakers do it. Bad form not to pay out comms when the month was in profit.

Thanks for the warning

@GCPortals thanks for your feedback.

We decided to close their account as per our T&C article 13.6

We made our investigations and @GCPortals have 2 web affiliates account with us with only one customer each (for sure someone related to them) who was playing just to earn commissions and speculate on us.

This behavior was harming our company for many years.

His bad faith is clear when he said no commission was paid for April.

As per attached screen hot the April commission were correctly accredited and paid on his Skrill wallet.

it was cowardly because first he waited for our payment made today at 10am and then he made the post.
@GCPortals Congratulations!!!!

@betn1 thank you for weighing in on this.

I can see from your response that there seems to be a few misunderstandings, but firstly I would like to thank you for paying us our April commission.

You will see from the date on my original post that it was made on the 10th of May.
This was after we informed you via email on the 5th of May that we would be making this post, at that stage our accounts with you had already been closed, and you had accused us of fraud without any evidence to back it up.
We appreciate you allowing us access to our account again so that we could request the withdrawal of our commission earned in April.
Thank you for also paying this commission without argument on the 13th of May.

We are sad to see that you resort to making public accusations against our company, after our many years of partnership.
Should you choose to investigate further we will happily comply as we have nothing to hide.

It was unfortunate for our partnership that our accounts degenerated to the point of only having one active player after years of activity from multiple players.
I am sure if this player had lost more than they won over the time span you provided, our accounts would still be open and in good standing.

Had you contacted us to let us know of these issues, as any other legitimate affiliate company would do, we would have happily worked out a plan to send more traffic and increase our player base with you.
Instead you closed our accounts outright.

Thank you @MissExposé for your help with this matter.
Thank you @Roulette Zeitung for your input with their terms!
And thanks @BetOnlineUK and @Frank for your support here.
