SUMMARY: Most of the changes are typical here, but there is a predatory change that allows Betboo to confiscate your commissions upon termination if the commissions do not meet the minimum for payment.
Company Name
"Betboo" is a brand owned by Intera NV, a company incorporated in the Netherlands Antilles. For the purpose of these Terms and conditions, "Betboo" and "Intera NV" are deemed to be the same.
Contract Changes
If the Affiliate does not agree to the changes the Affiliate should terminate this Agreement in accordance with its terms. The Affiliate's continued participation in Betboo If this Agreement is not terminated by the Affiliate Program after within two weeks  of Betboo have posted posting the changes, this will constitute binding acceptance of such changes.
Territory Restrictions
Betboo does not and will not accept Customers from USUSA, Israel, Hong Kong, Chipre, EstoniaBritish Virgin Islands, Bulgaria Phillippines and GermanycNetherland Antilles
Signing Up
3. Preconditions and Formation of a) Betboo provides an online application form which, provided that the preconditions under Clause 2(b) are met, is to be transmitted by the Affiliate to Betboo Partner programaelectronically. Before transmitting the application form, the Affiliate must accept the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. After transmission of the completed form, the Affiliate shall be examined by Betboo. In the case of approval, confirmation thereof shall be sent to the Affiliate by electronic mail. With the approval of Betboo, the Agreement between Betboo and the Affiliate is concluded.
Payment Date
Betboo will process the Commission earned by the Affiliate in the previous calendar month on within the fifteenth (15th) day first 11 working days of the following month.
Minimum Payment
The minimum payment amount for all payment methods, with the exception of payments to a betboo player account, is 50 EUR or USD 50 or equivalent in the affiliate's chosen currency. Any commissions earned in a month equal to or greater than 50 EUR or USD 50 or or equivalent in the affiliate's chosen currency will be paid via the Affiliate's Affiliates preferred payment method. Amount earned that is below this minimum threshold of USD 50 will be carried forward to the following month.gmonth. The minimum payment amount for an affiliate to receive payment to a betboo player account is 1 EUR or equivalent in the affiliate's chosen currency.
Paytable Update

Negative Carryover Update
Any negative earnings that may be a result of a net win by the Customers referred from the Affiliate will not be carried forward to the following month. The commission will be reset to zero (0) at the 1st of every month.imonth, if the affiliate has a negative net revenue.
Termination
f) The Affiliate is obliged to return upon expiry or termination hereof in full and without retaining any transcripts and copies of all documents received containing the Marketing Tools and drawn up within the scope of the Agreement. In particular, the Affiliate may not use for own business purposes or make available to third parties (for consideration or free of charge) any information on his activities for and/or on any data related to Betboo. The Affiliate shall cease any activity concerning promotion of Betboo.
Term and Termination
h) The Agreement may be terminated by Betboo with immediate effect in cases of fraud (or suspected fraud) pursuant to the regulations set out in Clause 13 or any breach by the Affiliate of the obligations (especially pursuant to Clause 4) and rules of this Agreement. i) In case of termination, the Commission shall be calculated until the date of termination and the Affiliate may claim the commissions due until the end of the calendar month following the termination. After expiration of that calendar month, no more commissions claims may be made by the Affiliate and the Affiliate is not entitled to any further refunds or any other claims for compensation against Betboo after such termination. If the Commission does not exceed the minimum amount of EUR 50,, no further claim on commissions can be created by the Affiliate and the Commission shall be forfeited to Betboos benefit. j) In case of termination of the Agreement by Betboo with immediate effect pursuant to Clause 12(h), the Affiliate shall not receive any open Commission from the day of termination and the access to his online account shall be denied with immediate effect. The Affiliate will be informed about the termination of the Agreement with immediate effect by electronic mail. k) Betboo shall be entitled to counterbalance any Commissions still open with any claims against the Affiliate. 13. Fraud The Affiliate shall not receive any Commission and the Agreement is terminated with immediate effect if betboo suspects or can determine that one of the following fraudulent activities has taken place: i.           Fraudulent activities by the players include, but are not limited to, the following: charge backs, incorrect player data, minor players, chip dumping, money laundering; ii.          ÂFraudulent activities by the Affiliate include, but are not limited to, the following: if the Affiliate is also registered as a player - e.g. if the Affiliate and a Paying Active have the same IP address, if Betboo therefore has doubt about the true identity of the Affiliate and if the Affiliate is not able to provide Betboo with appropriate identification to effectively verify his identity. iii.           Fraudulent activities in general include, but are not limited to, the following: credit card numbers in a negative bin number data base, multiple subscriptions from a single e-mail address, subscriptions with the same credit card number, sequential names or patterns of names, many subscriptions from a specific website within a short time span, subscriptions from employees or other parties related to the Affiliate and multiple attempts to subscribe from the same credit card. iv.           In the event Betboo reasonably deems that a fraud has occurred in relation to the generation of the Commissions , Betboo shall notify the Affiliate promptly of the nature of the fraud and - if known and subject always to Betboos Privacy Policy - of the identity of the perpetrator of the fraud. The Affiliate shall rectify the situation within 72 hours from the notification. If the situation cannot be clarified to the satisfaction of Betboo within these 72 hours, Betboo shall be entitled to close the account of the Affiliate as well as the access to the online Affiliate Account immediately and terminate the Agreement with immediate effect. Betboo has the right to withhold any Commission as from the moment Betboo suspects any fraudulent activity.
Commissions
All amounts including, but not limited to, the Commission shall be rounded by betboo  to two decimal places. J) Any time measurement regarding calculation and crediting by betboo of the Commissions generated by the New Depositors of the Affiliate is subject to variations as betboo operates across different time zones.
Force Majeure
17. Force Majeure Neither Party will be held liable for, or will be considered to be in breach of or default (e.g. delays in payouts, data delivery, accuracy of calculation and data) under these Terms and Conditions on account of any delay or failure to perform as required by these Terms and Conditions as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond such Partys reasonable control and that such Party is unable to overcome through the exercise of commercially reasonable diligence, including but not limited to, acts of God; war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authority, or terrorism; fire, flood, earthquakes , hurricanes, tropical storms or other natural disasters; fiber cuts; strikes, or shortages in transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials; failure of the telecommunications or information services infrastructure; hacking, SPAM, net congestion, or any failure of a computer , server or software, including Y2KÂ errors or omissions. If any force majeure event occurs, the affected Party will give prompt written notice to the other Party and will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of the event.
Taxes
. j)Any payments to affiliates are made gross of any taxes which might be incurred by the recipient and that the recipient is responsible for complying with local tax obligations, including, but not limited to: . Â Â Â Completeness of tax filings . Â Â Â Timeliness of tax filings . Â Â Â Compliance with tax laws . Intera NV will fully cooperate with any tax enquiries raised by taxation authorities in relation to payments made to affiliates
