Are these 2 linked? AlwaysPartner are contacting me with the email address ONLY given to BestPay Partners. In fact, the email was created specifically for that program (like I do with all of them).

So either:

1. BestPay Partners gave the email away (which is immoral at best, but definitely a problem since I didn't allow this)

2. AlwaysPartner hacked into their system to get the email list

3. AlwaysPartner purchased a list from a hacker


Not many other options are there?

It got one email this morning although may have gotten others I am unaware of. The email contained the name I used at your affiliate signup page, which means they stole not just the email portion of the database - but other portions as well including my first, middle, and last name

The name immediately reminded me of 'Sam David', which was from 21Magic (I think). Maybe you thought the same?

I believe Sam (sami malka) is no longer in the casino business (i may be wrong) and there is a CS rep here called Sam but they do not have any access to the affiliate section

I am well aware of the issue and I appologize. We didn`t steal any data some of our employess did come from other Rival/Playtech/RTG brands and had their contact list.

Some of them are not here anymore, both for stealing ourproperty as well.

Again we are sorry, and we understand the harsh comment.

We screwed up.

If I was hiring a new AM and they told me... 'I have a player/affiliate list' the first thing I would do is toss them out of the office! If they collect this data from one employer they certainly will from you. I find it hard to believe that your company had absolutely no idea this list was being used but then again I am not shocked considering the way this industry has changed so much in the last few months.

I just got 2 more mails today and my partner received one with another email account that we hardly ever use! This is straight up annoying and complete BS since we have already called you out on this days ago but yet more mails are sent out again today!!!

Got this email from Sam I think they are not getting the message : spamming does make you program look very bad.

I will not work with you since you know all my private details !

I got the exact same email.

I wonder who is selling our emails?

If it's another program, are they making more from the email sales than they do from their programs?

If it's another program, are they making more from the email sales then they will from the possible drop in revenue from affiliates that replace their property with the one we were just spammed about?

If it's just a cowboy affiliate manager that has compiled a decent database that he feels he owns and can sell any time he feels like it, I hope that we can catch who it is at some point and show him the error of his ways....

When I get these emails from the programs trying to recruit me, I usually ask where they got the lead.

If they answer with a lie, I will call them a liar directly and end the conversation.

Bytheway, rarely will they tell the truth. I hear things like they found it in google, or on my website or such nonsense....usuall the email they approach me at is only known by the programs I already work with, is NOT contained on my website and is NOT in my whois info.

I actually had one manager tell me he got the emails from another manager but then wouldn't tell me which one.

I asked if I could join his program and send unsolicited spam from a rented or purchased lit like he just had and he went on to tell me it was against the terms and conditions, so then I asked if I could use the same kind of spamming techniques to recruit sub-affiliates and again he warned me it was against the terms but he failed to get the point.

I got at least three emails which means they have multiple databases. Quite the joke this program is. Someone please create a thread with a good title and it will rise to the top of the serps immediately. Make sure their affiliate program name is part of it so that anyone searching for them will know they are spanners with no regards for privacy.

I've already talked with them but obviously they have no regard for our feelings.

bestcasinopartner.com SPAM ???

Strangely, after removing all bestcasinopartner properties from my home pages (I am still in process to remove them completely), I also received 2 emails from alwayspartner.

I received 2 emails on 2 completely different sites having no connection between them. The only connection is me as an affiliate at bestcasinopartner.
Also, the very same day I started to remove them from my site, I was contacted by my bestcasinopartner affiliate manager (Frederic) by skype.
The chat messages from him were just about how I were and if anything special happened over the weekend.
Strangely, my hosting provider confirmed me that my site was hacked over the weekend. The hack didn't provoke any downtime, so no 3rd party could have known about my special weekend.
Strangely, after chatting with him for about 5 min. , the chat message of that conversation disappeared right after. This has never happened to any of my skype conversations before.

I don't know if this is a strange coincidence or if I should suspect something at this point.
