We believe there are incorrect stats from BestPartners in June 2018.
We reported this to them over a month ago and have yet to have the issue resolved. They are now trying to pay for June, but we still believe stats to be incorrect (the stats in the aff back end have not changed since we reported these issues). We could use the help of other affiliates to check their stats and see if we are imagining things or something is amiss.
Specifically we have two gripes and both are regarding Ignition Casino stats:
1) June 6th, 2018 - Check your poker player stats. Check them vs the days before and days after. We suspect you will see a large discrepancy as we have.
7 days before June 6th and 7 days after June 6th have approximately 95% more active players than June 6th. In fact, we looked even further and it appears that only one campaign reported players playing poker... out of nearly 100 campaigns. The other campaigns reported negative data (losses in NGR).
You may not be aware of this, but during the day if you look at your stats, poker stats at BP brands report negative values all day long. This is because the bonuses, rewards, etc that count against NGR are tallied, but the rake is not. Rake figures update typically during the 3am or 6am stat run EST (stats update every 3 hours with the exception of 11pm and 12pm both running stats every day).
So essentially, you go to bed looking at -NGR in poker. And wake up, the rake numbers have been added to the bonus losses, and you have positive NGR.
This did not happen on June 6th 2018. Or, more accurately, for us, it only happened on one campaign out of many dozens. The other data, simply isn't there.
TO HELP: Check your poker NGR stats on June 6th vs the days before and after. I suspect you will find the number abysmally low, likely even negative for the day due to rake stats not updating properly to cancel out bonuses, rewards, etc.
2) June 19th - Check your list of FTDs on Ignition Casino. Our conversions dropped by over 80% on this day, despite an average number of sign ups. It is an anomaly that stands out in at least 6 months of data before, and the month since.
Of course it is possible that payment processing was offline that day or something, but given that the stats seem quirky, we are inclined to believe it could be a stat reporting issue.
TO HELP: Check your FTDs and conversion rate on June 19th vs the days before and after and see if it is out of line.

We have followed up multiple times and the last message we rec'd was that stated they would recheck everything during the commission run and get back to us. That was 8 days ago. Nothing has changed and now they are attempting to send a payment we believe to be lacking and incorrect.
To be clear, we do not think it is anything malicious. We do think they have a glitch in the Matrix however and have not discovered it. Furthermore that it has not been properly addressed.

**EDIT: Our AM just got back to us and said the issue was now escalated. They also promised to make up any differences on next month's commission. Which is definitely appreciated. Again, we don't think they are attempting to pull anything malicious. However, we are certain there is incorrect data. **
