Hi, I am an ordinary player who did not take any bonuses at this casino, they have not paid me 0.37BTC for 5 days, I have passed the verification, but the payments are closed on my account! I passed all the checks, there are no other accounts where I made a deposit or filled in my data 100% for me, I used only on one account, did not take any bonuses, for these basics I did not pay, they don’t have any winnings! Don't get caught by these scammers!

You can try Casinomeisters PAB service -- it's not a 100% guarantee that you'll get your winnings, but it's certainly worth giving it a go.
And if the worst happens, they'll at least warn others. Good luck to you!

5 days and calling them scammers? looks like they are checking your account.. sometimes a player may do suspcious things to warrant further checks.. crypto seems to be the number one tool for fraudulent activity hence the check i suppose.. its not like they just closed your account

So many players cry foul, but only tell 1/2 truths.

AGD is an igaming affiliate forum, not a casino player forum. @gm2891 is correct in suggesting you to visit CasinoMeister.com and submit a PAB (pitch a bitch) ... Max will investigate the entire incident. You can be sure you'll get treated fairly at Casino Meister.

FYI - CM can't promise you'll be paid, but they will try if they believe you are in the right!

In regards to this complaint, due to concerns regarding betting activity, our Player Safety & Assurance team had placed restrictions on account while investigating further, including checking with game providers to validate results.

While our review of the account took longer than expected, we did lift the restrictions, accept all winnings and allowed the player to withdraw all available funds on balance.

We apologise for the delay on the security review, but we hope this resolves the complaint.

AGD is an igaming affiliate forum, not a casino player forum.

Player complaints about not paying their winnings will not treated here, that's correct. But what will an affiliate do to help one of his players ?

He contact at least his affiliate manager that he will investigate. And if no manager is able to do then i find it okay to make it also public here at AGD who are not specially geared for player complaints.

Igaming companies are always linked to the casinos they represent. Without these brands there would be no igaming affiliate programs.

I agree that CM is of course more suitable for a players with problems. But why not write about it here so that other colleagues can see what some of these igaming affiliate programs are promoting.

They are part of these casinos and therefore contribute at least morally when complaints accumulate.

Striking is also that recently more and more payouts on some casinos will delayed for days. Because they supposedly have to check the bets at individual game providers what takes several days. That's completely a new reason to delay payments.

So everyone has the right to be informed. Whether he works with these igaming companies or not.

This means that the representatives of these igaming companies also have to put up with bad reports about their brands.

I noticed right away that OP makes the noise too early. However, if this casino was on my sites I certainly would send an email to my AM and point to this thread -- would take me 5 min. But since I don't work with them, I suggested OP head over to CM. I think this is how it should be. But, everyone sees things differently of course.
