I am writing this to alert the affiliate community about my recent negative experience with BC.GAME, specifically involving Jonata Leggiero (Head of Affiliates) and Ka Li Kam (Affiliate Manager).
Summary of Facts:
- November 21, 2025: A $140 CPA deal was agreed upon with Ka Li Kam to promote BC.GAME on a new website.
- Activity: Throughout the remainder of November, we generated 11 FTDs (First Time Deposits), strictly complying with all KPIs requested in the agreement.
- The Conflict: In early December, after I inquired about the withdrawal process for the $1,540 in accrued commissions, the manager, Ka Li Kam, began ignoring my messages. Subsequently, she sent a screenshot claiming—without any technical evidence or support—that the traffic was "fraudulent."
Management’s Response:
Upon escalating the case to her superior, Jonata Leggiero, I received unprofessional and hostile treatment. Mr. Leggiero’s response was limited to:
It is unacceptable for a brand of this caliber to use their own managers' "errors" in setting rates as an excuse to avoid paying earned commissions. I am attaching evidence of the agreement, the traffic delivered, and the conversations that demonstrate the lack of grounds for withholding these funds.
- Questioning the deal that his own manager (Ka Li) had offered, claiming the agreed CPA "didn't make sense."
- Accusing me of fraud based on subjective assumptions ("I wasn’t born yesterday"), without providing any suspicious activity report to justify the non-payment.
- Threatening to block me following my insistence on a logical explanation.
Warning: I strongly advise other affiliates to exercise caution when dealing with this team. They do not honor established agreements and cut off communication channels when it is time to pay.
UPDATE: These individuals, Jonata Leggiero and Ka Li Kam, never followed through with their "investigation" and have stopped responding entirely. Yesterday, they removed the balance from my affiliate account. This confirms they had no intention of paying and have simply stolen the earned commissions.

This guy is posting the same thing on every forum, and he's not even a member of bc.game.We sincerely apologize, but after reviewing the data, we discovered that you were using a one-time deposit to fraudulently claim our CPA deal. Furthermore, after examining the data, we believe that the continuously registered user IDs are also suspected of being fraudulent.
We are still looking for an honest affiliate team. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested.
If you've seen me multiple times, you should know that the account bctokenbot has been officially verified and is run by a official employee. My replies to each similar complaint are simply because this scammer is trying to smear across multiple platforms, and I can't just stand by and do nothing. This guy is posting the same thing on every forum, and he's not even a member of bc.game.
That guy must spend all day giving the same answer, and there are thousands of complaints about scams on every forum. He created the account two days ago in an attempt to clean up his image. We would like to address this claim with full transparency.
The issue here is not about honoring agreements — it is about traffic quality and clear abuse of the CPA model.
After reviewing the data, the traffic delivered under this campaign shows a highly abnormal pattern that does not reflect genuine user behavior:
• Multiple users deposited nearly identical amounts (~$35–$36)
• Almost all users made only a single deposit (1 FTD)
• No meaningful gameplay activity or retention was observed
• Minimal or zero casino net activity (Casino NGR close to 0)
• Uniform behavioral patterns across different accounts and regions
From a statistical and operational standpoint, this is a classic example of incentivized or artificially generated traffic designed to trigger CPA payouts without delivering real value.
To put it simply:
This is not organic player acquisition — this is engineered traffic optimized to extract CPA rewards.
CPA deals are strictly based on:
✔ Genuine users
✔ Real gameplay activity
✔ Sustainable value generation
Not:
✘ One-time deposit patterns
✘ Uniform low-risk behavior
✘ Bonus/CPA exploitation setups
Additionally, the claim that “no evidence was provided” is incorrect. The decision was based on internal fraud detection systems, behavioral analysis, and traffic pattern consistency checks — all standard practices in affiliate programs across the industry.
We also want to clarify:
This is not related to the agreed CPA rate. Regardless of the rate, traffic that does not meet quality and compliance standards will not be eligible for payout.
We remain open to working with affiliates who deliver legitimate, high-quality traffic. However, we will not process commissions generated through traffic patterns that clearly violate the intent of CPA agreements.
To avoid further misunderstanding, we would like to reiterate this point:Your assessment is not only inaccurate but reveals a profound lack of professional competence within your affiliate department.
The 'abnormal patterns' you are citing as 'engineered' are, in reality, the direct and predictable result of the mediocre strategy set by your own Affiliate Manager. We followed every single KPI and instruction provided to the letter. If your staff is incapable of designing a campaign that yields the specific player behavior you desire, that is a failure of your internal management, not a violation of our agreement.
To be clear:
We will not allow you to use 'internal fraud systems' as a convenient shield to hide your team’s incompetence and avoid paying for traffic that met your own definitions of success. We expect the immediate processing of our commissions. Any further delay will be treated as a deliberate breach of contract.
- KPI Compliance: Every metric established by your manager was met 100%.
- Deposit Patterns: Users deposited the minimum amounts because your manager insisted on a campaign built around those exact offers. Complaining about this now is statistically absurd.
- Management Failure: It is not our responsibility to compensate for the technical shortsightedness of an employee who clearly does not understand how to set performance parameters.
