The payment behavior of some companies has gotten really bad.

Many companies only process payments after 15 working days, i.e. in the third week or at the end of the month.
Some companies wait until the last day. Sorry but Twin.com is the best example for.

What used to be paid in the middle of the month has postponed for 14 days. So this morality really sucks.

Twin Affiliates has a very nice bonus system for affiliates, but indeed, in the terms they leave open the question, which day in the month is payday.

Satisfied affiliates is the key success factor for every company facing competition. Fast payment is easy to implement and can increase the satisfaction level up to 40 % for small affiliates.

Payout date!
Payments are processed before the last day of the following month.

Once you have over the minimum amount required to receive a payment (€100 for Neteller & Skrill, €500 for Bank Wire Transfer & Invoice*) your payment will be processed automatically on the last day of the following month.

I am sure that they introduced that afterwards.

There is no understandable reason why they do and this isn't a recommendation for a good program.

Outwardly they want to be transparent but they are not particular about payments.

But to be fair there are some more companies who do the same. Waiting until the end or to delay to pay you.

Can be that many affiliates maybe find okay but i find that's BS.

Sorry, i used to have a better opinion about Twin, but unfortunately that has changed.

Dear Insider,

Twin Casino is fully committed to paying affiliates on time and takes this mater very seriously. We value the great work done by our affiliates and wish for them to be duly rewarded without delay.

As seen by yourself, there has been no violation of the terms as we commit to pay all affiliates by the end of the month. We do our best to pay as soon as possible during the month and typically most payments don’t surpass the 20th - Skrill and Neteller payments might take a bit longer as they are cases where the affiliates are required to issue an invoice.

However, it should be noted that we cannot commit to the 20th as the definitive date, as sometimes payments can be delayed towards the end of the month. In any case, Twin always strives to pay its affiliates in a timely manner.

Sorry but i must hook here. In the past you paid around mid month. But since few months it's not the case.

Till december 2020 it was always paid around mid month but since december 2020 it's two weeks later.

Regarding Neteller&Skrill

Affiliates who are required to send invoices will do at the beginning on the month. So that can't be a reason that Neteller or Skrill payments should take time to the end of month.

You definetely wait now to the end of month to pay your partners.

There are examples that you will be paid beyond the last day.

Just for info: We received payment on 1st of March for commission February from another partner at the same time you have paid commission for January.

In reality it is not a drama, but it clearly shows that the payment behavior of some companies has changed.

I believe that you want to strive but it will not implement.

Despite the fact that sometimes there are delays with payments I’m quite satisfied with everything else
