    Attention: SlotsVendor don't pay to affiliates. They refuse to pay under various pretexts. Be aware.

    Noticed they havent sent the payment this month, usually they pay on the 4th or 5th

    How do they pay you?

    I have always been paid to my player account with them.

    For me available only one method: player account.

    They sent money to player account, and hold it on them. Within week i try to withdraw this money. First they ask me to make min.deposit, becuase without this is impossible to withdraw money. I did this. But money not withdraw. I ask support. Support tell me, that i need to wait 48 buisness hours. Ok. Yesterday 48 buisness hours gone. No money again. Ask support again. Support tell me, that i need to contact affiliate department again, and don't want to tell me why.

    But this is not my buisness, to run between customer department and affiliate department, and back, like delivery boy. And every time explain to new support/manager my problem.

    No Money = Get Threads on AGD and GPWA.

    Arlington informed me that he spoke with the affiliate regarding this issue. We do apologize for the inconvenience. This could have been avoided however if the affiliate manager was contacted initially. The notification of payment email sent to the affiliate, states that the affiliate manager should be contacted if there are any issues or questions concerning commission payments. The affiliate manager is totally responsible for all his affiliates issues.
    Casino customer service was contacted instead of the affiliate manager. This created a slight information issue. Arlington in presently taking care of this as the affiliate was informed.

    We try or very best to be as helpful as possible with all issues which concern our affiliates. Arlington is available via skype (skype id – slotsvendor) most hours of the day and is always willing to log in and assist. Please always contact the affiliate manager initially regarding any issues you may have.
