Arena365 - problems with payments

Arena365 - could you please tell me if anyone has worked with this advertiser?

@lucaslimadocs is the manager; we previously discussed together on another project - Deuces. We maintained excellent communication and finalized deals without formal KPIs.
We run over 150 deposits for Peru; the advertiser was happy with the quality and was ready to scale up.

However, Lucas ignore us for two months, and we can't get the reconciliation done. Could you please let me know if you have any alternative contact details?

Good afternoon, colleagues!

Unfortunately, there is a small follow-up to our situation. We managed to get in touch with a manager, @lucaslimadocs.
He informed us that he no longer works for the company and provided the contact details for the CEO, Martin (@iydndw).

After a lengthy discussion, Martin stated that he couldn't do anything regarding our payment, as the terms had been agreed upon based on the delivery of 300 FTDs (I will attach the product conversion data and the number of partners who conducted tests). In total, we generated about 700 registrations and 30 deposits - a conversion rate of less than 5%, which makes scaling impossible.

As of now, the CEO has left the chat. If anyone has any additional contact information for someone else we could reach out to, I would be very grateful. The amount in question is $822!
