Are Casino Affiliate Programs Getting Harder to Trust in 2026?

I’ve noticed more discussions lately about tracking issues, changed commission terms, delayed payments, and affiliate programs changing conditions after people have already started promoting them.

Do you think casino affiliate programs are becoming less transparent, or are affiliates just paying more attention now?

What’s the biggest red flag for you before promoting a new casino — poor tracking, payment history, changing terms, ownership, or something else?

Shall I ask another, somewhat provocative question? Are affiliates becoming increasingly naive and showing less and less respect for their own business?

This question comes to mind after analysing the threads full of complaints from the last few months and years. To get to the point: it’s up to all of us whether we’ll be respected and whether our rights will be upheld by our partners.

Firstly, affiliates must understand that everything needs to be thoroughly documented, statistics closely monitored, and they must never believe in get-rich-quick schemes, especially from completely new partners.

Secondly, once a problem arises, you must categorically demand compensation for the damage (interest for late payment, administrative fees, etc.) and immediately suspend traffic until the issue is resolved. If this proves unsuccessful, we blacklist them, publish the details of such a fraudster, take them to court (if the amount is significant), and never, ever work with them again!

These are just a few, but very effective, methods to ensure our community finally sorts out this mess.

I have learned it is aworth doing your due diligence when approached by a new partner. Research them, see what other affiliate sites say, trustpilot reviews, anything! so you can get a clear picture of what the are like. Then decide if you want to work with them.

I've learnt this the hard way. Also, look after your top partners if they treat you well, they'll look after you.
